Hi all
The week of the silly questions and annoying costumours goes on... Another spaceship filled to the brim today.... So glad it is already Thursday!
Caterina, hope you'll be back in January when all of us will be fully motivated again after Christmas.
Arsenal, sometimes it is better to just cast the vail of silence over a day and have a fresh start
My "substitute granny" visited today, it was the first time we met this year, we've both just been busy and postponed the phone call to fix a date to meet from week to week... Her partner of 20 years had died very suddenly a while ago, so it was also the first time we've met since that. It was really lovely to see her again and I'm glad that I know now hat she is coping relatively well, although I don't think she'll get over the loss easily. There was such a strong bond between the two of them, they were lovers and best friends and it feels so wrong that she is now alone. I always expected the two of them to be around forever.
Plan for today
B croissant (still on the buying-breakfast-track... Need to get over that!)
L hm pea soup with ham
D small ham sandwich
S cookies.... I'm not tellling you how many... Mandarines
Have a nice evening! I'm soon off to bed, need to start work at 6.30 tomorrow, but will be able to leave at 14.00, 14.30 latest.Fashion on the Ration 2022: 5/66 coupons used: yarn for summer top 5 /

Hello again to you too zippy
After a bit of a struggle and no exercise I've managed 1/2lb loss this week, please KW. Not sure what the answer is when I get a flare, can't get on the tm and only the bare minimum of housework gets done. So frustrating, I get really cross at myself
Yesterday
B - Banana
D - bacon, egg, toast
T - boiled egg, soldiers
S - grapes, satsuma
Today tba, need use up some sad veg so I'll throw it all in the sc and see what happens.
Have a good day, hope it doesn't rain all day, thought I'd done the last cut of the year but it's getting long again already!0 -
