Evening everyone
Desiree and Saves, well done on your loss!
And Desirree, even if it is "only" a lb at a time this will make a nice amount in some weeks.
Just came home from !KEA after having meatballs there and doing some shopping. Bought the first christmas related things and food containers to freeze soup and so on.
Had some moles removed today, wasn't the nicest experience but not as bad as expected. Silly enough the first plaster already came off twice and I don't think that it is as waterproof as it should be... Plus one of the moles was on top of my ear, so I wonder how I'll manage my daily hairwash without getting my ear wet... But have to wash daily or can't get out of the house.
Plan for today - not the most healthy one
B yoghurt, cereals, apple
L vegetable and barley soup, bread
D meatballs and chips
S mandarines
And I'm not talking about yesterday.... Let's just say "There was a chocolate" It isn't anymore... Well, for my defence I have to say that I shared it with my sister.
Have a nice evening all!Fashion on the Ration 2022: 5/66 coupons used: yarn for summer top 5 /

Hope everyone has a sunny weekend0 -

B - spicy fruity porridge
D - salad with 1/2 a jacket and rf cheese. 2 scoops rf ice cream
T - 1/2 slice toast with peanut butter, 1/2 slice with marmalade
S - slice stollen, plums
Have a good rest of the evening0 -
Hi All,
Well done to all those who have lost this week.
Have had a busy few days, it was my birthday on Thursday so went to Brighton for the day which was glorious. Unfortunately had to go back to work yesterday but went for dinner with my brother and his OH last night - lovely.
I weighed myself for the first time in 10 days on the new scales and am -5.6lbs. :j
I think the scales are pretty accurate, I weighed some dumb bells on it and they were bob on. They are also very consistent - none of this getting five different readings each type you step on. It is difficult to know if some of that weight loss is variation in scales (answer: probably) but I will take it and keep weighing in from here with them. I can definitely tell I have dropped a few more pounds on, I tried a skirt on the other day and it nearly fell off. :rotfl: I am considering that a victory.
Hope you all have lovely things to do this weekend.

Hi everyone
Happy Birthday Proserpina! And well done on your massive loss!
I envy you for your trip to Brighton, really like it there.
Already cooked a huge pot of my favourite soup and the mash (potato and celeriac) for tonights shepherds pie. in the afternoon I'll ran some errands with my Mum and then will try to get my sewing machine back into working order. My granny will visit my parents tomorrow and should I not be able to fix the machine myself she'll come over to my place and sort it out for me as it is her old machine (old in every sense of the word, delivered in September 1954 and powered by a pedal)
Been really lucky this morning, put something into the big freezer in the basement, walked out and remembered that I also need to take something out of the freezer. Thanks to that I noticed that I hadn't closed the door properly. Would have been a nightmare to accidentally defrost everything.
Plan for today
B a raisin bun on the go
L vegetable soup with barley
D shepherds pie
S mandarines, cookies
have a nice day!Fashion on the Ration 2022: 5/66 coupons used: yarn for summer top 5 /

Hey everyone
Its a STS for me this week.
Not surprised really as have been unwell all week with sore throat, cough and now a head cold. getting a full nights sleep is proving difficult and I'm getting up anytime after 3am  as start to cough and cant stop.
So have basically eaten whatever I fancied as feeling sorry for myself.
Saying that I bought a bar of chocolate yesterday seeing as I went without in October and it's still sitting on the kitchen bench unopened0
