1lb loss for me this week again
Gosh - just noticed your total loss for the year is -50 lbs. WOW - that's brilliant and more than a lb per week for the year.
I think you deserve a medal. Very well done :dance: :dance:
Today
B = Small bowl porridge with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger -
L = Half grapefruit. One slice of hov*s toasted with sliced tomato and melted cheese. Portion blueberries and raspberries with fat-free yoghurt.
T = 2 rashers bacon, egg, grilled tomatoes, baked beans and a slice of h*vis. Conference pear.
S = 3 crackers with stilton
Drinks = 4 cups of tea with semi-skimmed milk and truvia sweetener. Lots and lots of tap water. Bottle of sparkling water. 175 ml glass of red wine. One measure of brandy

Can I join please? I start tomorrow. Ive got a total of 1st 6.5lbs to lose and due to a drop in income I have quit my ww membership and downloaded the ultimate value diary app for £2.49 instead. It means i can carry on ww without the monthly fee.
Having issues with my gallbladder at the mo (no stones, its just not working well) and so im not sure what impact that will have on my weight. Therefore, can I join the current challenge and pledge to lose 5lbs before it ends please? Looking forward to chatting with you all x0 -

Sue I'm so sad for you, having lost two mogs within 8 months last year I can't say I know how you feel but am sending my sincere sympathy.
wi's aren't going well this time, another STS, getting a bit monotonous now but only me to blame
B - banana
D - egg, sausage, rasher of bacon, mushrooms and onion.
T - slice bread, 1/2 with peanut butter, 1/2 with marmalade
S - packet of crisps, penguin-type biscuit
E - 2 hours gardening this afternoon

Morning everyone. I'm feeling very grumpy this morning. I went to bed last night expecting an extra hours sleep and then woke up 2 hours earlier than normal so ended up having an hour less sleep. How does that happen!!!
Anyway I'm sorry for the rant and I'm reporting an STS this week.

meal plan for today is as follows:
B: fruit and fibre cereal (ald!s) with soya milk
L: dont know yet maybe something like soup and a sandwich thinroast chicken (no skin), boiled potatoes and salad
There will be snacks but nothing excessive and i know it doesnt look like im eating much but portion size is small ish due to pain after eating - the joys! Have a lovely sunday all xx0 -
Hi everyone
Just came home after spending the morning with friends in a caf! knitting. Had a cappuchino and a scone, my little Sunday morning treat.
I spent the extra hour sleeping but still felt very tired when waking up. That comes from having late nights during the week and then having to catch up on that at the weekend...

Mon1o, welcome aboard! I'm also doing ww and I think, as long you can stay motivated without help of the group, it doens't really matter when you're not going to a meeting.
Plan for today
B cappu and scone
L coleslaw with sprinkle of cheese and grapes, 2 small slices of toast
D baked potato with a quark and trout topping
S grapes
E a nice walk
