Have still been in snack-y mode the last few days, which is annoying. It's my birthday next week and was out with friends yesterday for my first celebration. Picked all night and a friend made the most amazing carrot cake with a sparkler candle. Yay!
Today has been a bit better, but I can feel myself thinking I am hungry. I know I am just kidding myself as I had dinner only an hour or so ago. Going to jump off here in a second and do something to distract me.
B: slice of bread and jam in a mad rush
L: falafel and hummus sandwich, handful Doritos grapescottage pie with peas and carrots, ice lolly
Need to drink more liquid yet, had my borocca before I left but then nothing else till about 1pm so still trying to catch up.
Enjoy the rest of your evenings xxJoint account: £23,949/£25,000

Hi everyone
May I join your small group? It looks like quite a motivating and nice corner of the internet and talking to likeminded people makes losing weight a little bit easier.
I've been trying to lose weight for years on and off. I know how it works and I can stick to it for some weeks at a time but then I tend to fall off the bandwaggon and spend weeks trying to catch up again. After quite some weeks of not really healthy eating I had a clothes-shopping-disaster on Saturday (the nice coats only came in smaller sizes...) I'm now determined to do something about my weight again.
Donated blood today, actually should step on the scales tomorrow, in theory I should be a bit lighter than today, shouldn't I?:D
Hope you'll all have a nice evening and don't have to deal with storm damages.Fashion on the Ration 2022: 5/66 coupons used: yarn for summer top 5 /
Note to self, don't buy yarn!0 -

Evening everyone
Just managed to send my post to nirvana or wherever.... But will eventually learn how to do things in here...
Knit Witch and Lynnejk, if it is ok I would rather not join the challenge at the moment. There is so much going on in December that it is very unlikely that I will be focused longer than till the end of November. So I will try to be as good as possible until then and do damage control during christmas season and have a fresh start in January - and would love to join a challenge should there be one then!Hiya everyone :hello:
Welcome to the thread. Are you joining the challenge RR ?? We are a friendly lot and definitely don't eat people :rotfl:
Plan for today
B bun on the go, normally have porridge at home but overslept, so had to grab something on the way
L fried rice with loads of veggies, fried in a tiny bit of oil
D homemade pumpkin soup with sausage
S apple, chocolat bar
Drinks 4 big cups of tea, 1.5 liter water and more to follow
E only some walking to the station, the shops and so on. Or does cutting a massive, stubborn pumpkin count as excercise?
Feels like I spent the whole day explaining stuff to people who would not listen and ask over and over again... And no, I'm not a teacher...
Off to the sofa with a cup of tea and my cross stitching. Need to get a few things ready in time for Christmas
Have a nice evening everyone!Fashion on the Ration 2022: 5/66 coupons used: yarn for summer top 5 /

There will certainly be another in January, so holding off until then is fine, meanwhile enjoy "chatting" on here

Forgot to post yesterday. Can't remember, but in know it wasn't excessive or I would have remembered.
Today:
B. HM granola with hazelnut milk
S. Tiny piece of DS's cheese and potato omelette, 3 tsps peanut butter
L. Mozzarella, tomato, celery and lettuce salad, worth olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
S. Piece of banana cake that DS made. It's a problem, I just cannot say no to his lovely offerings!
D. Parsnip and cauliflower spicy soup, roasted squash with feta.
I look in the mirror and really dislike the spare tyre around my waist. Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
Welcome to more newbies, lovely to have you on board
B - banana
D - sausage, egg, slice of black pudding and some chips. Slice of b&b in a real caff-type place. Wonder why caff's always serve b&b with dinners? Can't fault the food or the price though.
T - slice of hm wm with marmalade
S - chocolate suggestive, plums, 1/2 packet of rf crisps shared with friend
Planning a better day tomorrow, I feel the need for veggies and fruit.
Sweet dreams0 -
