Good morning,
I am at - 2 lbs today, quite pleased but was hoping for more. TBH I ate a few carbs so I should be really deliriously happy with the loss.
After all the palaver of waiting to weigh myself today, I hadn't factored that last night I was due to go out for a mystery restaurant visit, so I had a 3 course meal with glass of wine! Weighed the same today before breakfast as yesterday after breakfast.
Onwards and downwards! Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
Morning All,
It's a 2.6lb loss for me this week, which keeps me right on track with the target. It wasn't the best week for me food wise, but I was sensible and didn't eat too much when I wasn't hungry - novel concept I know.
Having a quieter weekend so going to get the slow cooker out and make some delicious healthy meals. I am also going to keep trying with the exercise - managed 3/7 days last week, if I could do 4/7 this week, that would be good.
Hope you all have lovely weekends.
