I'm pleased to report a loss of 0.5 lbs this week, which takes me to the lowest weight I've been for many years! :j
Had a reasonable week, staying under my calorie goal most days except Tuesday, when OH had a hospital appointment in London, so we had mcd for lunch!
We went to the gym on Wednesday evening after work, even though traffic was mental and it took us ages to get there, lol, and I managed another little run on the treadmill. We're hoping to go at least a couple of times in the next week, as we are on annual leave, and also will try to go swimming at least once or twice, but will have to make sure we're careful food-wise as that usually goes to pot when we're not working, lol!Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

WOW some fantastic weight losses - well done everyone.
I can't report a loss or a gain, my scales are playing up. It might be the battery so I'll get it sorted and check in.

Hi All,
Hope you all had lovely Sundays.
I had a lazy morning with The Archers then my other half and I went to Chipstead and walked five miles through and around the woods. It was very muddy but most pleasant. Have really started to enjoy our Sunday walks, they have become the highlight of my week.
But since I came home I have been picking like mad, a bit here and there and have had to give myself a stern talking too. It's nothing too disasterous, but tends to creep up and because I don't always realise/underestimate what I am consuming, it affects the numbers on the scale.
B: slice of bread and lime marmalade, grapefruit and a rhubarb yoghurt
L: ham salad sandwich on Bergen bread, 1/2 bag Doritos, applechicken tandoori, potatoes and veggies in the slow cooker. Yum!
S: custard cream, slice of ham, pickled onions, cream cracker - you can see I was just opening random cupboard doors and eating what I could see
Going to have a chilled evening finished off with Downton and then it's time for another work week. Am out a lot next week looking in my diary, partly deliberately so to give me something to do but work. It will require some thinking about food though, and I will need to figure out where the exercise fits in.
