    Hi everyone :hello:

    Today

    B = Small bowl porridge with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger -

    L = Half grapefruit. One slice of spelt, honey and sesame seed bread with marmite. Small piece of cheese. Portion blueberries and raspberries with fat-free yoghurt.

    T = Portion salmon, courgette, asparagus, croquette potato and hollandaise sauce. Conference pear.

    Drinks = 4 cups of tea with semi-skimmed milk and truvia sweetener. Lots and lots of tap water. Bottle of sparkling water. 175 ml glass of red wine. One measure of brandy.

    Hi everyone


    Well after been woken up 3 times last night by my very sick dog i'm truly shattered today and feel like putting my head in the biscuit tin and inhaling :eek::rotfl:


    Today:
    B: 2 wholemeal toast with butter, 2 boiled eggs
    S: 1 jam & cream biscuit, 1 boiled sweet, strawberries with lf greek yog & sprinkle bran flakes
    L: HM chicken and pasta salad, carrot sticks
    S: banana
    T: HM hairy bikers cottage pie with leeks and green beans
    S: maybe couple square dark choc




    My plan tonight is to do my sign language homework and go to bed Im sure ill feel a lot brighter tomorrow from a good nights sleep
    O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)

    Poor dog savesomemore, I hope he's better soon. Love the picture of you putting your head in the biscuit tin and inhaling, I might try that meself!

    B - spicy, fruity porridge
    L - small rf cheese salad
    D - chicken and bean korma with a mini naan
    S - apple, last of the hg pears, 2 plums
    E - Done an hour in the garden, scrubbed the landing carpet. Will do a few 5mins on the tm throughout the rest of the day

  • Another STS for me this week. Sorry about the late posting, I've had no internet all weekend, some nuggets from the electricity company working at the end of our street cut the wrong cable! :eek:

    Drinks = 4 cups of tea with semi-skimmed milk and truvia sweetener. Lots and lots of tap water. Bottle of sparkling water. 175 ml glass of red wine. One measure of brandy.

    L. Sardines in olive oil with lettuce and tomato salad, yogurt with seeds
    S. Apple and cheddar
    D. Chick pea, chestnut and veg soup, apple and rhubarb crumble with hazelnut milk custard.

    E. Tai chi, walk
    Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

    Hi everyone


    Thanks re the dog- it seems he ate a pebble.......a rather large pebble that he managed to bring back up :eek: I do wonder what goes on in his head sometimes:rotfl:


    I didn't quite inhale the biscuit tin but I did have 2 biscuits & 2 slices of fruit loaf yesterday so not great! I feel abit perkier today though which is good


    Today:
    B: Branflakes, strawberries, banana and lf greek yog
    S: a cookie :o 2 slices of fruit loaf with a tiny bit of butter
    L: Corned beef & tomato sandwich, carrot sticks ( I actually wanted a salad but OH had made my lunch by the time I got home and didn't want to be ungrateful)
    S: Red grapes
    T: HM sweet potato curry (made in the slow cooker so interested to how it may turn out)
    S: Something but not sure yet lol

    Pleased muttley has got rid of the offending item savesomemore, and that you're on the mend too :)

    I put the worming tablets on the kitchen table to give to the mogs and mutt, went to the fridge to get their breakfast and as I turned round saw 'fat boy' Finn scoff the lot! I've never come across a cat with such a voracious appetite. Phoned the vet who just said to watch him for a while - I'll also watch every morsel of food I put down in future :rotfl:

    D - pork fillet, jacket, cavolo nero
    S - penguin, apple plums
    E - 5 1/2 hours ironing, helping a friend with her business as she's a staff member down. Tired by the time I reached the bottom of the pile but I earned some pennies. 5x 5 mins on tm

    Not just my furry friend upto no good then :rotfl::rotfl:You'd think it was our animals on a diet not us what with all this desperate eating of pebbles and worming tablets lol
