Hi
Will go over to my best friends place tonight - she only lives some houses away which is great -, she'll make fajitas. Am not too hungry though, so I might keep things under control.
Feeling a bit under the weather today, my boss too, so we both didn't had the most productive day... Our trainee was the only one to work properly today...
Savers, hope you'll feel better soon!
Todays plan
B porridge, apple
L hm pumpkin soup, sausage
D Fajitas
S banana
Drinks 3 big cups of tea, around 1.5 liter water
Excercise none...
Longeish walk planned for tomorrow, visiting somebody and planning to walk there from the station which will be a mile on way.
Have a nice evening!Fashion on the Ration 2022: 5/66 coupons used: yarn for summer top 5 /

Hello
I would really like to join your friendly group if possible.
I have been trying to lose weight on my own for sometime now and am struggling. I think having a friendly group to cheer me on would really help.
This Old Style weight loss approach will hopefully have the added advantage of helping me reduce my grocery budget:D
I would like to join your challenge but am not totally sure on the rules:o:o

Welcome to the [STRIKE]madhouse[/STRIKE]gang :rotfl: joining in the group, not a problem! The challenge has 8 weeks left to run (ends just before Yule), if you want to join in you need to let me know how much you think you can lose in that time and then let me know your loss (*cough* or gain *cough*) sometime over each weekend :T
If you don't want to join in this time and just want to chat on the thread that is fine, I will be starting a new challenge off in January (each challenge runs for 3 months).Must use my stash up!0 -
Another day of sugar eating. I find it so difficult to stay away from it. Had hm scones and jam, then after dinner at a friend doge offered me an eclair and some biscuits and I just could not resist them.
It does not help that I have also had some bread. Won't weigh tomorrow, will do low carb penance and then weigh on Saturday. Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
Welcome to more newbies, lovely to have you on board
B - banana
D - sausage, egg, slice of black pudding and some chips. Slice of b&b in a real caff-type place. Wonder why caff's always serve b&b with dinners?
It probably counts as a breakfast to them sparrer :rotfl:
BTW I just love black pudding with egg, tomatoes and fried pots - yum (don't do sausages). I will have to have some Saturday now you've mentioned them - dratsavesummore wrote: »Hi all

S: Small Mr Kipling choc chip cake (colleagues birthday!) 1 seeded toast with marg
L: tuna sandwich, packet of crisps, 1 boiled sweet
S: Red grapes
T: Jacket potatos cheese, coleslaw & salad
I forgot to weigh in this morning so will do tomorrowO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0
