  • My OH went to visit his gran at the weekend. Every time, she sends him home with a huge bag of supplies. And by supplies I mean toffee eclairs, french fancies, chocolate mini rolls, scones, crisps, biscuits, pringles... I have told him to tell her not to, or to tell her we're on a diet and don't need so much sugar, but she won't hear of it! We have eaten 8 french fancies and 5 chocolate mini rolls (between two) in two days!

I might take a few cakes to work tomorrow...

Dinner was 3 buttered ryvitas with a piece of Brie while babysitting. Then a breaded fish fillet on my return. Hopefully not too many calories, although more carbs than I would have wanted, and too much cheese today altogether, as I had chunks of cheese for snack too.

    Got to get more organised!
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

I'm struggling, I'm just so hungry but all I want to eat is junk. I have a meal out on Thursday so this week was going to be tricky anyway. I've eaten far too many biscuits and the scales have broken so no way of checking my weight gain and it will be a gain!!!

Please feel free to give me a telling off!
