Did not do too bad today, here is what:
B: spinach omelette (1/2 of a 3 egg one)
L. Vegetable & chickpea soup, lettuce and tomato salad with a bit of oil
S. Olives, small handful roasted peanuts
D. 1/2 beetroot, roasted cauliflower, 2 vege sausages.
I already feel better even after one day only, no refined carbs, no bread, the bloat is almost gone.
I hope to keep it up this time. Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
B - banana
D - salad, goats cheese and caramelised onion quiche. Fruit cobbler with WW cream
T - rf cheese with crackerbread, fruit salad with last of the WW cream
S - chocolate bar, brought by friend. It would have been rude to refuse....
E - making furniture, doing laundry/ironing. The tm has been covered in boxes for the last day or so but I can see it again now so back to it tomorrow
Sweet dreams0 -

Snacks probably apple with peanut butter, nuts.
Have a good day. Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
I did have a newer lease on my diet on Thursday, but seemed to pay for it with a migraine by the time I finished work.
I got a whiskey hangover yesterday after having a 35ml measure of whiskey on Friday night - it lasted all day, and turned back into a migraine last night.
I still ate really well - yeasterday I had lentil soup for lunch, and spiralized veg spaghetti with pesto and chorizo for dinner, with a few satay sticks. I snacked on around 10 boiled sweets (have them in for my tickly cough). I have a feeling I must have eaten something else, but my migraine has put a block on my memory...0 -
Hi everyone
Im back from St Ives and am afraid its only my purse thats lighter!!
+ 2.5lbs for me!! Sorry as ive made some horrid sad faces on the list nowTo be honest I thought it would be worse what with the fish & chips, cornish pasties, cider, cream teas etc etc!! Also no choctober didnt last very long
I guess all the walking must of balanced out my eating alittle.
All this bad food and drink has really taken a toll on my skin my face looks horrible and lots of boil like spots :eek:
Weather was lovely as was St Ives (OH always used to go as a kid so he loves it there!) but OMG the food, drink etc is unbelieveabley expensive I think the 'more money than sense' crowd must be regulars their hence they can get away with charging £8.24 for 2 pints of (locally brewed cider!)
Anyway back to it tomorrow and ill have a big push to drop a good amount ready for christmas.
Zippy- re horrid girls and pudding - Im not sure whats happening to us as humans anymore it seems society only values 'young' 'pretty' 'thin' and 'rich' not caring, loyal, happy, helpful etc etc Its a sad sign of the world we live in but b*lls to em I say

Please forgive me ladies, for I have sinned...only day 12 of October and I have been eating chocolate
...my meals have been good today but I don't know why I couldn't resist the chocolate.
The only good thing I can say is I'm still keeping away from the takeaways.
I'm so fed up of "staying the same" every week...I'm beginning to wonder if this is the best I can do, maybe I should settle for being a size 14.When I started this challenge (in January 2013, how long has it taken me!) my target was to get down to the weight I was when my ex left. I'm now half a stone below that
But I can't quite give up, I can see the fat bits, I know if I lost about half a stone to a stone it would make a big difference (I have no idea what my target should be now). I'm still hovering on the "overweight BMI" line.
So I guess I keep plodding on for a bit longer to see if I can make a difference.
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -

I was looking at those. The plain one's ok but way too much sugar in the fruit ones for me. I found conference pears seem quite filling and also chocolate milk
Lynnejk, they probably do have a lot of sugar, but they'd still be better than the rubbish I've been stuffing my face with
Knit witch sorry for posting late, but we were away for the weekend. STS for me this week, I'm actually pleased with that considering the amount I've eaten. I'm just hoping it doesn't decide to appear next week instead0
