Well done on the losses girls :T
2lb loss for me please thanks knitwitch. A nice surprise as I have a frozen shoulder and ate a pile of chocolate yesterday feeling sorry for myself
Hope everyone has a lovely weekend and those lucky people enjoy your meals out x0 -
Ok, taking the plunge yet again.
Weighed myself this morning, actually it was less scary than I feared, and also decided to go back to stones and lbs, makes life easier and not obsessing about grams!
I weigh 13 st 6 lbs and entering the challenge to Christmas to lose
8 lbs
I hope I can make it, I'd better make it as my health and fitness have been really suffering for the extra weight, not to speak about the low mood for having gained so much back.
Breakfast was spinach omelette 3 eggs for 2 people. No bread for me, obvs!
I don't have a plan for the rest of the day because I have started this without much planning, but will think about what I have and take it from there.
Probably lunch will be salad with half a mozzarella and plenty of green lettuce, tomato, celery and grated carrot, might even have some avocado if it is ripe.
OMG I miss bread...it really is the crack cocaine of foods!
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -

Boohoo - I'm a STS this week. Not really surprised - actually surprised I haven't gained! It's my TOTM which always makes me crave carbs (& all things salty for some strange reason?!) so have been a complete diet disaster since Tuesday.
Oh well, there's always next week...
Well done to all who have lost
K xOS weight loss challenge: 4.5/6 lbs0 -
Circumstances have saved me from myself today, no idea how many calories I've had but it can't be too bad.
Had muesli and milk at 6am, and then worked just over 8 hours without anything. Got home and didn't have time for any lunch as it was straight to DMs for her birthday...expecting choc cake, but discovered we'd left it at DS2s last night, so no cake! Did have a biscuit though.
My head and neck are so painful today that I refused to make tea, so DS1 made it. He did wholemeal toast with beans and a poached egg...no spread on the toast. his favourite trick is to cover things in grated cheese, but we're out of cheese so he was disappointed with that, but good for me. Finished with ice cream, a much smaller bowlful that I would have dished upMaybe I'd lose weight if DS1 cooked all the time :rotfl:
So that's me finished eating for the day, it's been a hard week so I'm not moving from my chair again tonight
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
You need to make DS1 your own personal chef Ellie
I've not counted today, but think it's not too bad
B- 2 toast, butter, jam shared with the dogs
L- 2 Cheese and pickle sandwich thins, seed bar, protein bar
D- veggie curry, rice and half a naan, fun size milkyway0
