Keep going Ellie, I'm sure you will see those scales drop soon.
I've weighed a day earlier than usual but I think Saturday will now be my weigh-in day.
I can report a 1lb loss this week.
Good luck to everyone weighing in.

3lb loss this week! I not expecting to be able to keep the loss up at this rate, I'm aware it's my very first week, but I'm really pleased with myself! Stood on the scales 3 times just to check they weren't lying first time round!
Well done everyone on the losses this week

Wow, well done losses, some good numbers there
. And to the rest of us we need to subtract some lbs to add to the weekly total, iyswim!
B - spicy fruity porridge
L - 1 scrambled egg, 1 rasher of bacon, 2 crackerbread
D - pasta bake. Again. Luckily it's very tasty
S - mini apple pie, baton carrots, 5(!) Celebrations. Oops.
E - scrubbed the sitting room rug, cleaned the cat carriers - they were disgusting but free, so it was worth the effort. 6x 5 mins on tm.
Have a good rest of the day0 -
Sue, that's the most thinly stretched excuse for a birthday meal out I've heard for a while :rotfl:
Sounds like you've had a really good week, bet you have a good loss tomorrow
I know, lol, but she is also our friend as well as MIL's (she's like a third mum to me, MIL being my second one), and it's not as bad as my uncle's excuses to have a party, he used to use the excuse that it was the cat's birthday, lol!
I am really pleased to declare another 0.5lb lost this week, and even better I seem to have lost about half an inch off my waist and hips, so the gym must be paying off.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Gutted....STS this week and I've had no chocolate

that seems perfectly reasonable, of course the cat should have a party :rotfl:Gutted....STS this week and I've had no chocolate
anyone see a pattern emerging here?
Those of us who've sworn off chocolate aren't losing any weight...hmm, do you think chocolate has secret weight loss properties? :rotfl:
I've been so busy today I haven't had time to eat anything extra, and I've nothing yummy in for tonight, so looks like I'll be having a much needed good dieting day on a Saturday
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
