HI all, I did weigh in for the start of this challenge, but forgot to come back! Starting at 188.2 (actually lost 2.6lb last challenge... oh well, better than gaining it!)...
I would be happy to get under 180lb by the end of this one, so that will be mental target, should be doable...

Reading a very interesting book (library) at the moment, Fat Chance - The Bitter Truth about sugar. Has a lot of interesting science in it, especially about how your fat cells form and how they are filled and emptied, lots about metabolic syndrome... it's hard going in places but very good. I just know I'll want to give up sugar when I've read it though... I know I should anyway, but :(

Holiday in France coming up last week in October, so there's no chance of me giving up much!
June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500
    2 adults, 3 teens
Progress is easier to acheive than perfection.

Hi everyone, can I join the challenge please?

I've been eating so madly and so much of everything lately that I'm hoping joining you all will make me feel more accountable.

Knitwitch could you put me down for an 8lb loss for the challenge please?
