Todays menu reflects the upcoming no Choctober
B: Chocolate branflakes with choc blueberries, banana & lf choc yog
S: Chocolate toast with a scrape of chocolate butter, red chocolate grapes
L: Lf cheese spread with ham and chocolate salad, chocolate carrot sticks
S: Chocolate cereal bar with chocolate covered apple
T: Chocolate chicken lasagne (hm) with choc chips and chocolate salad
S: Oh dunno maybe a small choc bar
No exercise today still trying to do my Sign language presentation ready for tomorrow
I have dropped a chocolate covered ball (s) with this no Choctober as im on hols next week (ill just have to eat cake instead :P) none chocolate of courseO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -

I've just had an 85 cal choc mousse, there's 4 left in the fridge, but I thought I was just signing up to no chocolate bars, and puddings were okay?
I'm finding it difficult going back to no snacking and nice things, done okay today so far, hopefully I'll soon get used to it again.

L: wrap with ham, rocket & gherkin (trying to use up the jar)
S: 2 small oranges
T: Broccoli & pasta bake with about 10g grated cheese on top (used last of it from freezer)0 -

I never get on well with a feeling like I'm being deprived - I don't like the idea of sober October simply because I've seen people give up booze for lent, then getting into the biggest state ever when they can drink again. I'm a bit like that with food - deprive myself of anything, and I'll crave it and binge when I crack!0 -
Evening all, arrived back from my weekend in Yorks and Lancs last night, very fat and very disgusted with the photo's my friends and I took. I've never had a 'muffin top' in my life - until now :eek:. So I'll start from today and pretend the weekend was a food nightmare (even if it was all delicious)
B - 2 slices hm wm toast with butter, 1x marmalade, 1x Vegemite
D - veg dansak and 1/2 a mini naan
T - slice of hm wm with rf cheese. Mini apple pie
S - Crunchie bar, handful of cobnuts
E - none, just did laundry and slept on and off throughout the day
