Finished this challenge with a STS, no surprise there.

I've been good so far today, no cake (although it was offered).
No idea what I should have for tea, want to move straight to the wine and crisps, but it's too early :rotfl:

I need some extra inspiration for the next challenge. Now that it's getting colder and the flesh is covered again there's not that push of looking nice.

I think I may look out my only pair of size 12 jeans (about 5 years old if that makes a difference to the sizing!)...if I could get them to fit by xmas I'd be ecstatic :):)

I keep seeing the adverts for Stoptober and Go Sober for October but neither of these appeal to me (I stopped smoking 4 year ago and I only have 1 or 2 drinks every few weeks) so I'm going to do No Chocober :rotfl:

No chocolate in any way shape or form for the full month of October, chocolate is my vice and I've noticed it creeping back into my diet recently, especially on a saturday night  (yes I have some for tonight)

Anyone want to join me or set their your own No... for October? Hopefully it'll give us the kick start we need for this last challenge of 2014

Hmm not sure! I am seeing the Obesity Clinic near the end of October and not sure what they are planning - until then I am sticking with what I am doing :o:rotfl:

    What a great idea :D
I'd dismissed those promotions too because I don't smoke and don't drink much.

I've cut down my chocolate eating by about 80%, but it's creeping up again,
so I'll join you in No Chocober and cut it out completely.

I'll also commit to No Takeaway Pizza in October, because that's a big failing for me. (I've just checked, there's only 4 weekends in October :rotfl:)

We have a *lot* of birthdays in October, so will be having some special meals. Have already committed to a takeaway for a friends' birthday, but I don't have to have pizza.

That's a great idea, good luck with it. I'd love to join you but I don't think I could, although I don't buy many choc bars at the moment (just the occasional kit kat, which I share with OH when we're out on a walk), I do have a few low fat cereal bars and some special k biscuit moments which have chocolate in them, and I don't think I could resist them while they're in the house, lol! Also we have a choc orange (left over from last Christmas), which is about to go out of date so we'll have to eat that in the next few weeks.

Well I've lost another 0.5 lb this week, but I've failed on this challenge as I've only lost 2 of the predicted 7 lbs :(! Must do better next time, as I'm hoping to be at my goal by the end of it, so I'm aiming for 5lbs for the next challenge.

I had another 90 minute session at the gym on Thursday, and OH has now joined so will be going with me once or twice a week. He has his induction tomorrow afternoon, so I will go with him and do a bit while he's having his induction. I am starting to feel a bit of firmness in my abs, but unfortunately they are still covered by flab, lol!
