  • Thanks lynnejk- yes always a use for a few more pennies :)

Went round OH moms last night ended up with cup of tea (full fat milk) enough gammon to feed a small army just on my plate, home fried chips, egg fried in lard and lashings of white bread and butter. I don't want to sound ungrateful but I really didn't enjoy it im just not a fan of such fried food! Also his mom and dad are always saying they need to lose weight but cant seem to see the link between what they eat and what they weigh!

    Today:
B: 2 seeded bread toasted, butter, 2 boiled eggs
S: boiled sweet, lf greek yog with 20g branflakes and sprinkle of blueberries
L: cheese and pickle sandwich on seeded bread, carrot sticks, red grapes
S: meant to bring an apple with ,e but ive only got a cereal bar- will eat that only if hungry
T: Jacket potatos with beans and cheese triangle , salad
S: Maybe couple of rich teas or a apple if I eat cereal bar this afternoon

I need to get my head back around dieting but fear with this new job and a holiday week after next im going to have to do damage limitation until im back!

Feeling really crap... I have been dreadful with eating this week, so I don't want to weigh myself for the end of the challenge because I will probably be back where I started... my uniform is really tight! :(

I'll go for 7lbs for the next challenge please, I have decided to be realistic! I will weigh myself before we start...

    Hi everyone

Didn't weigh in last weekend and its TOTM now so doubt i'll weigh in this week either but we'll see.

Anyway can you put me down for 11 pounds for new challenge pls....if i manage it I'll have lost 4 stone this year.....big IF though!!
  • 1lb loss this week please Knit Witch!

Glad I'm creeping down slowly. I am still feeling a little tired, and therefore wanting high energy foods, because of the longer working days. Getting there though!

Mmm, have I the cheek to sign up for the next challenge when I've done so badly on this one?
I think I have :D I might give up altogether if I don't feel I need to weigh for this challenge...I might not be losing but at least it's keeping me from putting it back on!

So can I please sign up Knit Witch...I'll go for 7lbs, that would take me down to my original goal (though I think I need to lose a bit more than that now i can see what podgy bits are left :rotfl:)

OMG - I don't know what I would have done  I just couldn't have drunk the tea or eaten the white bread for a start. Think I would have pleaded ill or said I had just eaten thanks very much !
