Well I've lost another 0.5 lb this week, but I've failed on this challenge as I've only lost 2 of the predicted 7 lbs
! Must do better next time, as I'm hoping to be at my goal by the end of it, so I'm aiming for 5lbs for the next challenge.
You haven't failed! 2lbs off is still 2lbs less to carry around - so go you!Must use my stash up!0 -

I think I need an early night...I read this and was busy trying to imagine how you positioned your food to make it into a triangle shape, you know like some fancy cordon bleu meal

Nearly fell off the scales this morning. I knew I was doing ok but I can report a 3lb loss this week.
Knit Witch please can you put me down for a 12lb target for the next challenge. This will take me to my goal weight which would be a lovely christmas present to myself.
PollyI keep seeing the adverts for Stoptober and Go Sober for October but neither of these appeal to me (I stopped smoking 4 year ago and I only have 1 or 2 drinks every few weeks) so I'm going to do No Chocober :rotfl:
No chocolate in any way shape or form for the full month of October, chocolate is my vice and I've noticed it creeping back into my diet recently, especially on a saturday night :eek: (yes I have some for tonight)
Anyone want to join me or set their your own No... for October? Hopefully it'll give us the kick start we need for this last challenge of 2014
Oh im scared now!! I read this and thought no way!! But then think maybe its the kick up the bum i need. Ill join you for no chocober :eek: and i think ill make October the month for no excuses either
Well talking of choc I had a (small) popping candy choc bar last night :eek: why do i keep buying it? I have another one in the fridge :eek::eek: Best eat it before October :rotfl:
Not too bad a weekend really
Saturday:
B: bacon and egg sandwich
S: hm tea loaf
L: 3/4 hummous and salad sandwich (dog ate the other 1/4 lol) Pineapple
T: SW homemade chicken tikka masala, basmatic rice and 3/4 nann bread
S: 1 beer, 3 glasses wine, popping candy choc, packet of S&V sticks (oops!)
Today:
B: bacon and egg sandwich
L: Salmon sandwich, plum
S: muller greek corner yogurt
T: HM hairy biker ale and beef casserole with potatos, green beans and cabbage

Ha ha I cant believe I suggested the idea but I need to do something. I'm at the point that when I eat chocolate, within 5 minutes I'm regretting doing it.
The 1st Oct is wednesday so we have until then to eat anything that will tempt us so no need to rush into eating that candy :rotfl: saying that I've just eaten the last of the chocolate in the house, although I do have a chocolate liquer in the cupboard....does this count, do I need to drink it all before wednesday?0 -

Re the chocolate liquer i fear you only have 2 choices
1. Drink it all before wednesday (maybe make u abit sick tho?!):rotfl:

I know, but I still failed to lose the 7lbs I'd hoped to lose by now, lol!
OH had his induction at the gym today, I had a workout while he was having it and then we stayed for a while afterwards, we were there for 2 1/2 hours altogether, and I've not eaten too badly today either. OH really enjoyed his time at the gym, and we're planning on going together again on Wednesday evening after work.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs
