Decided last night that I would take mum out for a pub lunch today so brought my weigh in day forward....turns out I'm a STS

Good job I did, I had a huge portion of fish, chips and mushy peas and I'm stuffed to the point stomach still feels like it will explode (I ate 5 hours ago!)

Good luck for the new challenge x

T: Jacket potatos with beans and cheese triangle , salad[\QUOTE]

I'm v intrigued about the idea of jacket pot with beans & cheese triangle, might have to try it!

Really bad couple of days, after being out at work meeting where food was provided on Tuesday night, Wednesday I met a friend for tea & we went to a gig, ended up having a burger for tea:eek:

Thursday was a bit of a non-event as food went, was so tired from being up late Wednesday night at gig (must not go out on a work night!:naughty:) that I just didn't feel like eating. Had Apple for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, 2 x cadburys roses during afternoon, then fell asleep when I got in from work and didn't wake up til 9.45pm so had no tea!

Must do better, roll on the beginning of my first proper OS challenge tomorrow. :T

I think I need an early night...I read this and was busy trying to imagine how you positioned your food to make it into a triangle shape, you know like some fancy cordon bleu meal :o

    I get it now!

Forgot to weigh this morning, so will do it tomorrow.
Not expecting good results, had 2  pieces of chocolate cake at parents this afternoon. Spoilt my appetite for tea, so didn't have much.

Good luck to those still to weigh in.

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

    Morning all

Nearly fell off the scales this morning. I knew I was doing ok but I can report a 3lb loss this week.
Knit Witch please can you put me down for a 12lb target for the next challenge. This will take me to my goal weight which would be a lovely christmas present to myself.
