Today

I'm in for the next one if I can join? Not sure about my target though. How do people usually go about setting their targets?
Anyway, today:
B: cereal bar (Special K so lower cal than some) not how I intended to start the week but slept in and didn't have time for breakfast without being late for work!
L: tuna pasta salad HM, heavy on the salad, v light on the pasta.
S:1x small apple, 1x plum
T: 3 slices pizza (I know, at least it's thin & crispy!) & salad4x cups of tea with ss milk (might end up being 5 yet!), 2 x glasses tap water.
E: 3.5 miles walked in total, usually do 3 as part of commute but figured I should start as I mean to go on, so got off local train a stop early adding another 0.5 miles.
Today's major achievement? A patient gave me a box of roses this morning, they've been sitting looking at me all day but the box is still sealed now! (Well was when I left, can't promise colleagues haven't opened them by now!)
K xOS weight loss challenge: 4.5/6 lbs0 -
Please count me in for the next challenge. I'll set my target after the final weigh-in for this challenge on Sunday. I've had a much better day today food-wise so hopefully I will have lost a pound or two by then.
Have a good week.

Basically you decide how much you think you can lose in the time of the challenge (the next one is 12 weeks), let me know and then weigh in each week (preferably at the weekend - but if you prefer a mid week weigh in just let me know that it is your official weigh in when you post!) - over the weekend I post the list with all the wonderful(and hopefully not too many
)
