Funniest thing is I also need new slippers as the one's I've been wearing are out of shape and too big at the sides! Never thought about my feet shrinking width wise :rotfl:

I've got the same problem, my old slippers are way too big now, so need to get some new ones before the winter sets in.

    L 2 satsumas, small banana
D HM cottage pie with cauliflower
S 2 rice cakes, low cal cereal bar, strawberries and natural yoghurt
E about an hour of walking

  • Hi KW. I just looked at this weeks list and I think you gave me a loss of 1.5lbs last week but unfortunately it was actually a gain.

Hopefully this week it really will be a loss.

    Ah! right *oops!*
    Must use my stash up!
  • My OH was trying to persuade me yesterday that we should order a takeaway tonight. I said 'we'll see', but instead I came home, cooked dinner and had it ready on the table for him getting in, crisis averted...

Also managed to avoid the tuck shop today - I think I need to make it into a little game to encourage myself not to go (like no spend days). Hopefully I can keep it up!

    Small steps and all that...

I'm *still* a STS, I really need to stop relaxing at the weekends!

I shall try to do better this weekend.

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?
  • We were woken up rather early this morning by a drunk person, and unfortunately didn't get back to sleep. As a result, I was a bit tired at work and there was a rather strange atmosphere about the place (Glasgow office), so I ended up getting a bacon roll for breakfast and a bridie for lunch (Scottish equivalent of a Cornish pastie sort of). A lot of consolatory cakes going round the office, so while I didn't eat any cakes, I think that's how I justified the rest of it.

Recovered it with rice stuffed peppers for dinner.

I have the house to myself this weekend, this is usually an excise to have a little treat, but I don't think I will this week...
  • Morning all. This week I'm reporting a 1.5lb loss, which means that I'm back to my pre holiday weight.
Hope everyone has a happy weekend

    Hello

My weigh-in is tomorrow, but it's not looking good. A mid week night out and plenty of homemade biscuits the rest of the week has, I fear undone my previous hard work. I promise I will be really good today.
