I have been so good this week, less snacks, I've been under on my calorie goal every day, and I've done 2 sessions (of at least an hour each time) at the gym, plus a fair bit of walking, and I've put on 0.5lb! To make me feel better, OH said it's because I'm building muscle, but I don't think I've done enough to build muscle yet, lol!
We went for another walk today, for almost 2 hours, but had half a kit kat each and a magnum ice lolly, while we were out, lol!Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Hi everyone
Well done on all the losses!! I wish I could contribute abit more!
Sue14- I have this where I do alot of exercise and my shape changes but i dont lose any weight! Your husband is right that muscle weighs heavy but also I read that in the first few weeks your muscles hang on to alot of water to enable the repair they need so hopefully this is just 'water weight' Stick at it and hopefully the results will show soon
Ellie- I know what chocolate your are talking about :eek: Do you think c*dbury have actually put drugs in it?! You know like the rumours about coca c*la :shocked:

Sue14, you may well find that you have a good loss next week, it sometimes happens like that.savesummore wrote: »

I think it's possible savesummore...I also think they've got some kind of deal going on with the supermarkets, why is it on special offer so often?
(I refuse to name it any longer, shouldn't give it the publicity!)
I haven't had any for about a month, and didn't buy any this week.
I do, however, need to follow you out of the room, head hanging...I have a glass of wine sitting by me, and a packet of chocolate digestives...no wonder I'm not losing anything!
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
Meals for today:
B: 4 small oatcakes with apple puree
L: fried mushrooms, onion, pepper with garlic and basil, and served with a little feta cheese and a bit of breadChicken and broccoli stir-fry in an orange and soy sauce dressing served with rice.
S: Nak'd bar, around 250 calories worth of madeira cake.
I'm getting tempted to visit a nutritionist/dietician, but not sure. I can't seem to find many in my area (a bit surprised, as I live in a big city now), and because there aren't many, the ones I find are quite expensive!0 -
