    Last night my 'small choc' turned into a snickers- i was on my way to college tired, fed up and hungry!! And thats all my excuses used!

    Today:
    B: Museli, lf greek yog, blueberries, banana
    S: Chicken drummer skin removed, pineapple chunks, boiled sweet
    L: HM chicken and hummous salad, carrot sticks, 2 oat cakes
    S: Red grapes
    T: roast chicken dinner
    S: SMALL Choc!!

    Am still aching from the gym :eek::rotfl::eek:
    O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)
  • Hi everyone would really love to join this thread if that's ok? :)

    I have a lot of weight to lose about 8 stone. Been being good since Monday so will do first weigh in tomorrow.

    This is what I've been eating:

    Monday
    B - boiled egg, slice of brown toast, spread
    S - yoghurt, kiwi, mocha no sugar
    L - chicken flatbread, snack pack chicken satays, 50 cal veg and dip snack
    S -apple, satsuma,mocha no sugar
    T-lamb organ josh ready meal and Sweetcorn

    Tuesday
    B - boiled egg, slice brown toast, spread
    S - mocha no sugar, kiwi, yoghurt and 7 almonds
    L - tuna and Sweetcorn wrap, tomato soup
    S - apple
    T - Chinese curry ready meal
    S - chicken and Sweetcorn mixed with mayo, chorizo

    Wednesday
    B - scrambled egg, 1 slice of brown toast
    S - mocha no sugar x2, yoghurt
    L - hm tuna pasta salad
    S - satsuma x2, apple, 1/2 mocha
    T - 2 small chicken fajita wraps and lettuce
    S - sugar free jelly

    Thursday
    B - boiled egg, toast,spread
    S - mocha no sugar, yogurt, kiwi
    L - chicken mayo and cucumber brown bread sandwich, sunbite crisps and tomato and veg soup
    S - Hershey kiss and 7 almonds
    T - 2 cheese and Ham toasties, 1/2 tin of soup.

    So hopefully this is a sensible amount of food!

    Today... again, not great but not terrible...

    1/2 ham sandwich, 1/2 bacon sandwich.
    Pack of weetabix breakfast biscuits.
    Pear.
    Tomato soup, slice of bread (no butter)
    Apple with peanut butter.
    Roast lamb, mash and veg.

    I'm sure there was more, that doesn't look that much. Lots of cups of tea though!
    Do we weigh in tomorrow Knitwitch?

    Tomorrow or over the weekend - and I am around this time so no problems! :rotfl: (oh apart from me apparently still not losing any weight :mad:)

    Welcome to the thread - do you want to join in the challenges? We have three more weigh ins for this one and then the next runs up to Yule/Christmas :eek::eek::eek: (oh and the three weigh ins include the one tomorrow :o)

    B - 2 slices WW Danish, i x marmalade, 1 x Vegemite
    L - frylight fried onion, mushroom, tomato, 4 small sliced potatoes
    T - 2 slices toasted fruit bread
    S - 2 Jaffa cakes, banana, plum
    E - 4x5mins on tm

    Sweet dreams :)

    Well ive lost 1/2 lb so hardley anything to be too excited about but hey at least I lost something

    Ate too much bread already today!

    Today:
    B: 2 seeded toast with marg, 2 eggs scrambled
    S: Slive HM banana loaf, boiled sweet
    L: Tuna sandwich with lf mayo on seeded bread, pineapple chunks
    T: HM chicken lasange with sweet pot wedges
    S: Will update later but will try to keep to a minimum

    Off to the gym in abit after work :eek: Ive only just stopped aching :rotfl:

    Well, I weighed this morning, at 186.8, so that's a total of 4lb so far. I am having a day off today as it's my best friend's 30th today and I am making her a cake and taking pizza and junk over to cheer her up (she was expecting a day on her own with baby and no presents as they have had a tough time recently).
    Back at it tomorrow x
