I went for my induction at the gym today, and stayed for another hour afterwards to try out some of the equipment. I did over half an hour on the treadmill, only walking but it's a start, lol! I think my legs will be telling me about it tomorrow though, as I also walked to the gym and back, which was 25 minutes each way, plus I had my walk to and from work before going to the gym.
Today I have had:-
B bran flakes with sultanas and semi skimmed milk
L 1 warburtons thin with cheese spread and tomato
D jacket potato with beans
S banana, 1 low calorie cereal bar, strawberries with low fat natural yoghurtWeight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Well done to everyone who's still managing to lose a pound or two :T
Well, that wouldn't be me then...still STS...by Monday I'm up a couple of pounds and I lose them by the weekend, only to start the cycle again.
Really will have to try harder...it'll be C.......s soon :rotfl:
(last January I was sure that I would be at target weight and "finished with dieting" by C.......s, and it's getting closer!)
I've been the same ellie Up and down like a yo-yo! I really wanted to be at target weight by Christmas as well. I've been doing ok this week so we shall see on Friday2016 Grocery Challenge January: £296.20/£300 February: £262.05/£3000 -

I would agree with Knit Witch 14lbs in three weeks sounds an awful lot even with water retention and it's not really healthy. Maybe it would be better for your body - and your heart - if you lost it more slowly? Sorry, hope I haven't spoken out of turnjust 14lbs in 3 weeks doesn't sound good

northwest1965 we have just under 3 weeks to go
I'm another one who's starting again, as I'm a pound up over the weekend. The only good thing I've done is walk every day, and I'll be going out again today.
I've had a talk with myself, however long it takes I really want to finish what I started, I want to be slim, so I'll have to pay more attention to what I'm eating.
So I'll do better this week.
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
