Hi All
Sorry have been AWOL for ages but have been very naughty and not stuck to a thing, not just fallen of the wagon, but been run over by it and now driving it!
Weighed myself today and have put on 2lb so not sure whether to drop out now and rejoin at the next challenge or to stick it out and get back on track?

And a very good job you made of keeping us all in check, ragz
Sue when the children were small and had eaten all their dinner (or not, if they'd seen what was for pud), they would say the dinner side was full but the pudding side was still empty

I'll be away this weekend too KW, it's a set menu but will try to control myself! There's also an amazing ice cream parlour on the sea front with dozens of flavours - I promise not to try them all
Have a good weekend all, hope the sun shines for all of us0 -
Knit witch and Sparrer, enjoy your time away
I love the idea of having a special tummy just for pudding...my DS1 claims he has one
Today is the first day in about the last week that I've logged and eaten properly, and haven't had any extras. My tummy's been rumbling and complaining all afternoon.
I find it scary how quickly I can forget all about dieting
Had to remind myself how bad I'd feel if I put the weight back on.
Can't promise that I'll be perfect over the weekend, but I'll try to keep myself in check!
Still lots to do tonight but I'm sooooo tired...a combination of DSs coming in late and leaving early...it's my turn to get up early for work tomorrow and DS1 has the day off...is it wicked of me to be thinking about making LOTS of noise tomorrow morning :rotfl:

Hi everyone. We got back from our hols last night. Had a great time but I haven't dared to get on the scales yet. I think I might leave my weigh in until next week, especially since we are going to DH's retirement party tonight. Hopefully after that I can get my eating back to normal (and under control)0

SIRENS my weight has been up and down but I am sticking it out rather than waiting for the next challenge because even losing a couple more pounds between now and the next one is still pounds lost but if you wait then they could go on instead.I find it scary how quickly I can forget all about dieting

I feel like that ellie. I wouldn't be happy with the weight going back on so I keep chipping away and secretly kicking myself when I lapse but then get back to it. I hate the how-to of loss then gain and so on but I keep telling myself I will get there
I can report a -1lb loss this week

Well, I weighed in this morning as we are away at a steam fair over the weekend (that will be a challenge, I tend to eat junk in the caravan!). I was 190.8lb on Monday and this morning I was 187lbs... almost 4lb off. But I was TOTM Monday and a lot is water weight. I do know it not possible to really lose 4lb in 4 days!
Still happy though, halfway to my September target already! Back Monday...June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Thanks, I think you're right if I wait for the next challenge, it's like a license to eat what I like till then, with even more pounds to shift, so I will carry on!

Well done to everyone who's still managing to lose a pound or two :T
Well, that wouldn't be me then...still STS...by Monday I'm up a couple of pounds and I lose them by the weekend, only to start the cycle again.
Really will have to try harder...it'll be C.......s soon :rotfl:
(last January I was sure that I would be at target weight and "finished with dieting" by C.......s, and it's getting closer!)
