    Hi everyone

Right fresh start today, back to filling in MFP (how many times do I say this?!)

    Today:
B: 40g museli, lf greek yog, sprinkle blueberries, banana
S: 1 lf cheese triangle, 2 oatcakes, pineapple, 1 boiled mint
L: HM wrap with hummous, ham and salad, carrot sticks
    S: apple, nectarine
T: HM chicken & chrizo pasta bake with salad
S: 2 small chocs from my box of chocs

Am going to the gym today after work

Forgot to mention the only saving grace for yesterday was that I did 1 hour weeding in the garden plus 1 hour dog walking!

Welcome to the newbies, I love it when people join, it gives me a bit of an incentive to make more of an effort. Don't want to be shown up by the new girls! ;)

B - missed, early vet appt. For the mutt, not me!
L - ham & pickle sandwich with hm wm and butter
Dinner - exactly as last night, it's more economical to make two and I never get tired of roasts
    S - banana, 3 pink wafer biscuits
E - Dash to the vet, on to DD's, on to change an item in Asda, on to the PO and home. Phew, shattered already. Will be doing a minimum 4x5 mins on tm and if it stops raining the front garden desperately needs weeding before it turns into a meadow.

have a good rest of the day :)

I have also put all the weight back on - *sigh*, hmm wonder if I can lose the 7lb in 4 weeks (bearing in mind that next weekend we are away to stay with family so we will be celebrating me birthday, my Mam and Dad's birthdays, OH's birthday, his Mam and Nan's birthdays!!)

As it's the first if the month today I woke up feeling like I really need to put some extra effort into losing this weight :o I hate that I keep putting on and losing the same couple of pounds and I'm not really getting the results I want, although 5lb loss is still 5lb loss. I would like to make that at least a 7lb loss by the end of the challenge and then I will just have the 1st left to lose overall.

I had breakfast this morning which I don't usually do but I will try and have something for the next few weeks :o I had some focaccia with hmm soup at lunchtime but maybe I need to keep an eye on the amount of bread products I eat?

New month, renewed determination to succeed. Fingers crossed it works :D

    B: porridge
    L: hm vegetable soup, focaccia
D: pulled pork, hm coleslaw, spicy mushrooms
    S: satsumas, plums, apple
    2016 Grocery Challenge January: £296.20/£300 February: £262.05/£300

Knit Witch...6 birthdays  I think I'd write the week off now :o

Well I'm still doing rubbish. There's so much !!!!!! going on at home that I can't focus on dieting. I'm yo-yoing between missing meals altogether because I CBA, eating chocolate instead of a meal, or having a meal but higher calorie than normal. I'm so sick of weighing things. I feel so stressed and grumpy that even when I eat something nice I don't appreciate it, which is a bit of a waste!

The only good thing I can take from this summer is that given how stressed and anxious I've been (don't imagine that your kids growing up means the worry ends, any of you :)) it's a miracle I've not put weight on. I suppose it shows my self control is working enough of the time to keep my weight steady, so it could be worse.

Had a meal out last night, I had 2 courses and felt so full afterwards my stomach hurt :o It's an unwelcome side effect of dieting for so long, that I can no longer eat a big meal when I'm out.

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?
