Today... ate a bit more than I probably should have, but hey, it could have been worse.

Early breakfast - 2 weetabix, s/s milk and a little sugar.
Work breakfast - small bowl of porridge (with a little cream and sugar)
Work Lunch - mashed swede with pork casserole (small portion), few spoonfuls of fruit salad and few mouthfuls of lemon sponge (it wasn't great!)
Dinner - Bolognese on stir-fried cabbage.
Pudding - choc chop brioche dipped in tea!

Not done so well on the fruit and veg today, tried to eat a pear but they have gone dry and mushy, ick!

sparrer, that's lovely news, you sound so excited :D

savesummore, does it hurt to eat as well? :rotfl:

I'm really impressed with all the exercising you're doing :T

I had lunch out today, but had a salad (and only half a portion of chips, also walked for an hour, my back is aching.

Yesterday was good too, making more effort this week.

Eating was going ok today until they did a free lunch on my training course so even though I'd brought a healthy wrap I ate that plus a few sandwiches, two bananas and a handful of crisps. Which could have been worse, but then had several biscuits at home. Then a choc chip brioche for pudding. Did have a small dinner though, I chicken thigh, a small handful of oven chips and lots of peas. Plus mayo, I refuse to buy low fat mayo so only have it as a treat.

Annoyed this morning...yesterday I walked into town, had a salad, no dessert, and then didn't cancel a planned walk even though my back was already sore, in other words I've been trying to do much better this week...and I'm 2 lbs up this morning

So today my back is too sore to walk and I'm beginning to panic that I won't be able to keep the weight off.

And I dropped an open packet of linseeds on the kitchen floor, what a mess :o
