An at home and needing to have an improvisation day today -

B - spicy fruity porridge with a sprinkling of icing sugar as I seldom use sugar and really ought to buy some.
    L - 3 crackerbread 2 with mashed sardine, 1 with marmalade
D - pasta bake with veg and bacon bits, run out of cheese so put breadcrumbs on top mixed with (an old packet of) crushed cheese and onion crisps.
    S - Crunchie bar
E - 7 x 5 mins on tm planned, 2 done, plus an hour weeding, sweeping and tidying the garden.
I really must go shopping at the weekend! :)

No Choctober was easy yesterday when I stayed at home and there was none available, but it was a lot harder today when I went shopping!
Went into the first shop, right at the door they had milky ways on special offer...I was thinking they're not big, not many calories...when I remembered :rotfl:

Next shop I deliberately looked at the boxes of chocolates and bought 2, as we have a lot of birthdays coming up. They were only one layer boxes, but nice as a little extra gift. They're not for me, honest!

I've noticed this year that I'm not buying sweets and choc for family nearly so much, as though it's now so ingrained in me that it's not good for your health, that I'd feel bad buying it for someone else!
My DS2 is like me and likes choc, and I would sometimes buy him some, but this year he's really into going to the gym (he doesn't need to lose weight, he's tall and slim and has muscles...the total opposite of me, no I'm not jealous at all... :rotfl:)
So I think I'd be ruining all his efforts if I bought him sweets.

Had chicken with sweet and sour sauce tonight. Hoping for a loss this week, I've "been good" :)

I'm finally back counting on mfp and its really sad, but I was quite excited as it upped my calories for no reason, not going to touch it again in case it drops them back :D

B- 2 slices wm toast, butter, jam
    S- seed bar
    L- quiche, freddo
D- hm soup, slice of bread and butter
S- digestive biscuit, mini pk of milkybar buttons

Good luck for those weighing tomorrow x

Ooh why did it up your calories? How can I get it to up mine? :D

:rotfl: at you and the milky ways, I'm not telling you!

I really want to eat something...I'm only resisting because it's a new challenge and it's Friday tomorrow.

MFP upped my calories when I hadn't logged on for quite a while, I updated my weight (gain) and it asked me if I wanted to update my allowances (or something like that). I said yes and my calorie allowance was increased because of my weight increase. :o
