S: I have a box of chocs open from my birthday so will limit myself to 1/2 of these

savesummore, do you mean half the box of chocs, or 1 or 2 chocs?
What does it say about me that I immediately read it as a half box? :rotfl:

Chloris, i think including this weekend we have 5 weigh ins left.

Another day around 1500 cals, it will be interesting to see what the scales say on Friday.
Today was muesli, egg sandwiches, and pasta bake for tea.

I walked up a steep hill for 20 minutes and was really chuffed that I didn't have to stop, and my legs felt okay. And then 25 minutes back down. I was a bit apprehensive because my osteopath has told me that walking on hills is worse for my back than on the flat, but I really wanted to test myself.
The last time I went up this hill I was 3 stone heavier, and it was definitely easier today. Makes it all worthwhile to think I'm making a difference to my fitness :)

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?
