minicooper, hope your move went well. I may have heard some faint singing as I crossed the motorway on the way to the shops :D

Only faint singing? It probably wasn't me then :rotfl::rotfl:

    Hi Everyone

    Thanks ellie :D

    Birthday menu below:
    B: 2 white brad, 2 sausages, 1 bacon, egg
L: In a pub fish & chips, 2 pints larger shandy
S: Popping candy choc (small bar)
T: We are going out again tonight to a pub some more drinks but probably just a cob- chesse/ham etc for tea

Ive had loads for my birthday including 6 bottles of wine a tolberone and 2 boxes of chocs :D but

I will need to spread these goodies out to ensure i dont stick on 1/2 a stone in a week!

On the plus side we have been out all day today so lots of walking

i have mixed feelings on the gosh u have lost weight thing...its nice people notice but i have had 2 people start with the line u have lost TONNES of weight and im like thanks i wasnt aware i had tonnes to loose but thankyou for telling me i needed to

have a nice day good luck with house move
    tessa

I've had that as well tessie and the 'you've lost too much' when I'm still not even at the top of my weight range. I'm sure people mean well but 'tonnes' does imply you were the weight of an elephant before :D

A fantastic 3lbs off this week. I'm thrilled with this as it means I've lost the weight I put on last week thanks to the holiday :) I also started my period mid week so that would also explain the weight gain last week (plus it means I don't need to feel quite so guilty about what I ate in Blackpool :D )

First day of 'normal' eating today, I weighed in and have put on a lb which I guess is not too bad but could have done without it.
B - 2 slices hm with butter and marmalade
    L - cheese & pickle toastie
D - roast chicken, runners, 3 small new potatoes, gravy.
    S - banana
E - stripped guest bed, remade with fresh linen. 2x5 mins on tm. General vac/dust through

Good luck with wi everyone :)

I think you might be making it worse :rotfl:

Today is the first day this week that I've eaten in a "diet-y" way, and that's only because I've been too busy at work to eat much...breakfast of muesli at 6am, then lunch of toast at 2.30pm...that's a longer time than I'm asleep at night!

Have no idea what I'll have for tea, not really hungry yet. Will wait and see if anyone else turns up looking for food first.

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

I had my second weigh in yesterday and lost 1lb.

I'm really disappointed. I've been active, haven't had any chocolate/sweets/cakes/crisps and tried hard. Ah well.

I tend to find I work hard at it for WEEKS with nothing happening and then suddenly a large loss! maybe this will happen for you?

    Afternoon everyone

1lb loss for me this week

Have a green split pea soup in the slow cooker and its filling my house with lovely smells....I've added half a smoked sausage (you know the one that starts with Mmmmm....) instead of normal ham/bacon as have 3 in the freezer that I want to use up.

I was worried it would taste strange but I'm had a sneaky spoonful and its not done it any harm whatsoever :D

Only trouble is I cant decide what to have for tea now as I was going to do belly pork with mustard mash and roasted sprouts but the soup smells lush........
