I wish it would tell me that, it's positively miserly with the calorie allowance for me :rotfl: (1200 cals)

tessie bear, you have a point...saying TONNES of weight is a bit over the top, I'm not surprised you were put out.

I shall try to do better today.
Yesterday had DS2 round for tea, so had shepherds pie, veg and a few chips because there wasn't much potato on the pie. He's not eating properly just now so I like to give him a decent meal when he's here, ie. lots of veg :)
Also had 2 milky ways, they're tiny!

Did 2 walks, so my back is sore this morning. Will have to be careful, it was too much walking which injured it the last time.

Planning one walk today, and a lot of house tidying.

minicooper, hope your move went well. I may have heard some faint singing as I crossed the motorway on the way to the shops :D

Hello all, just back home and not so pleased to be here looking at the dust and the long grass, but it'll be good exercise for me. I certainly need it after being waited on for the past week!
Will shop for fresh food tomorrow so I can get back into the swing of things, but for now sweet dreams :)

    Welcome back sparrer :)

    and HAPPY BIRTHDAY savesummore

    :j :bdaycake:

get all the cake eaten today, because you're allowed on your birthday :D

I have no right to be on a weight loss thread these last few days, I've been treating this week like an at-home holiday, and eating extra stuff. I went to bed last night feeling really cr a p, just because of what I'd eaten...a real wake up call to eat more healthily.

I will try and do better today...although looks like a day of rain, so not too keen to go walking.
