i know a loss is a loss but it seems so piddling for all the hard work and going without that goes to get a loss...i need a bit of that motivation if anyone finds it
good luck tessaThe 2 lbs I put on last week have departed again, and they've taken a friend with them...so I have lost 3 lbs.
After my naughty but nice weekend gain I have not managed to shift any so STS for me this week
Today
B = small piece cheese. Portion fresh pineapple and some raspberries with HM yoghurt
L = HM chicken Jalfrezi with spoon of sag aloo and small rice
T = Sardines on 1 slice wm toast. 3 apricots and a pear
Drinks = 4 cups of tea with semi-skimmed milk and truvia sweetener. Lots of tap water. Bottle of sparkling water. 175 ml glass of red wine. One measure of brandy.
Going to try to up my exercise starting tomorrow and see if that helps fingers xd. Just have to be careful with my knees.
Well done everyone and hope you all have a great week-end
