    Well done Ellie :j

Sorry about your flat minicooper- fingers crossed you find something soon

Ive STS :( really fed up as I have been good diet wise but am thinking its to do with me going to the gym as I do 25 mins cardio and 30 mins weights/stomach exercises

Thing is I feel better for going to the gym so if I just replace fat with muscle and went down a dress size but didnt weigh any less id be happy enough with that (still disapointing to stand on the scales though!)

The 2 lbs I put on last week have departed again, and they've taken a friend with them...so I have lost 3 lbs.
WOW !! How did you manage that ?? BRILLIANT

After my naughty but nice weekend gain I have not managed to shift any so STS for me this week :(

    Today
B = small piece cheese. Portion fresh pineapple and some raspberries with HM yoghurt

L = HM chicken Jalfrezi with spoon of sag aloo and small rice

T = Sardines on 1 slice wm toast. 3 apricots and a pear

Drinks = 4 cups of tea with semi-skimmed milk and truvia sweetener. Lots of tap water. Bottle of sparkling water. 175 ml glass of red wine. One measure of brandy.

Going to try to up my exercise starting tomorrow and see if that helps fingers xd. Just have to be careful with my knees.
