I would like to join in but I am not sure where to look for PART 1 and PART 2 which it says I should read before joining - can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance.0 -
Hi and welcome tryingtocutback, I don't think you need to worry about the other parts I'm sure they are very long lol.
Knitwitch will be along soon to explain properly, but everyone is welcome, I think there is 7 weigh ins left to this challenge so if you would like to join that just tell knitwitch how much you would like to lose in that time and then on the weekend we post our loses, gains
or sts (stay the same) :undecided and knitwitch adds it up and then posts the chart. Otherwise you can just post for motivation without joining the challenge, best of luck x
TY Lynne, your meals sound nice yesterday, makes me think of Greece and sunshine0 -

Hi tryingtocutback, of course you can join, the first two posts of the thread are the ones mentioned (but basically no posting about fad diets etc!)
