Sigh... I was doing so well today...

Been home alone all day, and while I didn't make the healthiest choices, I hadn't overeaten at all. (had a large plate of ice cream and banana for tea :o, you can do that when you're on your own)

Then...DS2 texts to see if there's any tea going, and DS1 phones saying he's back in town, and should he bring takeaway? Now I know they're adults and can feed themselves, but I also know DS2 isn't eating properly just now, and he'd been at work all day with nothing to eat, so I told them both to come home for proper food, didn't want DS2 having takeaway again.

So ended up cooking chicken, roast potatoes and veg, which I didn't expect to be doing, and of course I had some with them, just a small portion, but I didn't really need it :o

Sometimes I get tired of continually thinking I shouldn't be eating things, but I think it's ingrained now...I might have days off, but I know I'll get back on the diet wagon.

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

I just wrote out a massive post and lost it all!

    I'll give you the summary:

Well done on all the weight losses everyone!

I'm heading back from a long weekend trip for a friends wedding up north. We have eaten a lot of really awfully bad food this weekend

(Insert 3 day menu of curry, burgers, fry ups, chips, snacks galore)

I don't remember this last time my digestive system felt this awful, and I'm having to endure a 7 hour train ride with a nasty, bloated, indigestion feeling. It's enough to put me off eating this badly for a long time! So at least a few lbs of gain won't be the only thing I go away with this weekend, I found some motivation!
