Hiya everyone and welcome to the new peoples :hello:
I was doing quite well this week until we went out this evening for a meal at w*spoons and walking home our feet kind of walked themselves into the local. We started chatting to someone and finished up having 2 pints :eek: Oh well - have to see what the scales say tomorrow
Today
B = Bowl of Porridge. Portion blueberries and raspberries with hm yoghurt
L = One slice wm toast with baked beans and sprinkle cheese.
T = W*spoons peri-peri chicken (breast only without skin), jacket pot and coleslaw.
Drinks = 4 cups of tea with semi-skimmed milk and truvia sweetener. Lots and lots of tap water. Bottle of sparkling water. 175 ml glass of red wine. One measure of brandy. 2 pints beer.

Hello everyone, can I join in please? I feel disgusting at the moment as I've put so much weight on recently due to overeating. Enough is enough now though else I'm going to have serious health problems if I'm not careful! Please feel free to give me a kick up the backside when needs be.
I've started having green smoothies in the morning and I'm starting to feel a lot better, I just need to stop picking throughout the day.
I basically need to up the exercise (I've got a body blade which I need to start using again) eat cleanly and stop eating crap between meals. I need to lose about 4 stone and start to feel healthy again. There's no time limit so I'm in it for the long haul.

A 0.5 lbs loss for me this week- wow erm **underwhelmed**
Im obviously doing something wrong on the diet front as I cant try any harder with the exercise !!
Think Im going to revert back to MFP for a week and just go old fashioned calorie counting!

I think I may take the weekend off dieting, finding it really hard to stick to...well, I'm not sticking to it, that's the problem.
Started the day well, with muesli, but it went downhill from there.
Everybody seemed to want me for something today...was at work, both DSs needed help with stuff, new worries about DFs health...and I finished the day by driving 50 miles, mostly in torrential rain, it was horrible. The thing is, each request doesn't take that long, but jeez, when they all come in the same day, it doesn't leave any time spare!
I'm really proud of myself that I was in the supermarket and I didn't buy any half price popping candy
But...I ate badly...I had a chocolate bun and a slice of banoffi pie for lunch (no proper food), and chips and curry sauce from the chippy when I got home. I was just so tired, which is a rubbish excuse, how hard is it to peel some veggies?
Not looking forward to tomorrow, another very long day at work. I'll try not to overdo it too much, but I'm not going to be hard on myself when I get home. May even have a glass of wine, not had one for ages.

I don't know ellie - I think we all might have a case of the summer blues or something, I think a few people are a bit like you at the moment. It must be the time of year or something...
Well I was in a mighty huff today - I met a contractor a while ago to discuss some works and they took some photos at the time. Today they sent through the quote, and one of the photos had caught me in the foreground. The contractor had stretched all the photos out horizontally, which made me look even wider than I am already, but I had to keep looking back at the photos to reassure myself they had been stretched, and I wasn't just really that fat! Even now, I'm still not 100% sure. Cheeky mare :rotfl:0
