Well done all the losers, sts's and gainers - at least you'retrying.

Really didn't want to post, but maybe writing it down will make me do better next week.
I have gained 2 lbs. Why is it so much easier to put back on?
Really feel for you. It is so easy for it to go on and harder to lose. Hopefully it will be back off next week2016 Grocery Challenge January: £296.20/£300 February: £262.05/£3000 -

Hello all.
Please can I join in?
I have Crohns Disease and three years ago, I was put on steroids and gained some weight. Whilst I have lost almost one stone of the gained weight, there is at least one more to go (hangs head in shame). I need a kick up the backside to get me out and exercising, and also back to calorie counting. I have to do calorie counting instead of any other traditional diet as I am not able to eat too much fibre.
I have a mini break and a week's holiday coming up in August and the temptation is always to say I'll deal with it when I get back, but I want to start now, and be a bit more accountable whilst I am away.
So here I am - I weighed myself this morning (do you need to know figures???) and I'm raring to go.

Hi tjp70, I'm sure Knit Witch will be along soon to sign you up, but in the meantime...no we don't need figures! (unless you really really want to, of course)
This challenge ends the last weekend of September, and you need to say how much weight you want to lose by then, and then post your progress every weekend.
I really wish I felt raring to go, could you send me some of your enthusiastic vibes?
I'm finding it impossible to find a bed which doesn't make me ache, I get up every morning aching and stiff. I know it's partly down to my back, but I keep hoping there's a bed out there which will ease it. Trouble is, I can't just keep buying new beds, can I?!
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
Thank you very much everyone for your kind thoughts x0
