I'm not sure about this dieting now. I lost 5lb over the first fortnight and am due to weigh myself again next Monday. I can't see the tiniest bit of difference!

Frith stick with it sometimes you can loose nothing for a bit and then suddenly a few pounds drop off, hope that's the case for you x

    B- weetabix, milk, Flaxseed
    S- peach
L- 2 salad wm pittas with humous, mini ice lollie
    S- Apple, skinny tortillas
D- salad, egg, jacket potato, cheese triangle, cheese, salad cream

I finally feel back on track as it doesn't feel so much of a struggle, but not expecting a loss this week. I would never have guessed that dieting is harder in the summer than winter. I'm not doing any cake baking this weekend so there's no temptation as despite good intentions I cant resist :o

Good luck everyone for their weigh ins and well done to those posting early losses :T:T:T

1lb off for me this week :)

It's going in the right direction albeit slowly :o

We normally have chip shop on a Friday but grumbling gallbladder means I will be switching to salad instead. Maybe that will make a difference next week?

Good luck all with weigh-ins and I hope lots of lovely losses are recorded :)

Really didn't want to post, but maybe writing it down will make me do better next week.

I have gained 2 lbs. Why is it so much easier to put back on? :(
