breakfast - none
lunch - one chicken roll with sweet pepper
tea - HM chicken curry and rice.
I'm not sure about this dieting now. I lost 5lb over the first fortnight and am due to weigh myself again next Monday. I can't see the tiniest bit of difference!0 -
Frith stick with it sometimes you can loose nothing for a bit and then suddenly a few pounds drop off, hope that's the case for you x
B- weetabix, milk, Flaxseed
S- peach
L- 2 salad wm pittas with humous, mini ice lollie
S- Apple, skinny tortillas
D- salad, egg, jacket potato, cheese triangle, cheese, salad cream
I finally feel back on track as it doesn't feel so much of a struggle, but not expecting a loss this week. I would never have guessed that dieting is harder in the summer than winter. I'm not doing any cake baking this weekend so there's no temptation as despite good intentions I cant resist

It's going in the right direction albeit slowly
We normally have chip shop on a Friday but grumbling gallbladder means I will be switching to salad instead. Maybe that will make a difference next week?

L. 2 warburton thins, leaves, ham 1/4 of my mums prawn mayo sandwich just to try! Strawbs
D. 2 breaded chicken fillets, oven chips, peas
S. Nik nak crisp, mini calippo (kids said I can have the green ones as they don't like them!) pomegranate
