    Morning

Well after deciding last week would be a no weigh day as I was off work for 2 weeks, decided to get back on the scales this morning...with my eyes shut :rotfl:

When I eventually peeked at the reading.....I've lost 2 lbs! :j:j

So happy I want to do a little dance as this means I've hit another personal challenge ie I'm now 14 stone :)

I'm out for the day at a airshow so taking a packed lunch so not tempted by the fish & chips, burger vans or anything of that nature.

I'm taking corned beef, onion & mayo sandwiches (hm sandwich filling ie more corned beef than mayo!) grapes, banana & cherries. And a made up bottle of sugar free squash... :A

Sorry KW I'm not weighing in again this week, sadly my Mum passed away on Thursday and food is the last thing on my mind, just grabbing a sandwich or biscuit if and when I feel like it.

Well done all the losers, sts's and gainers - at least you'retrying.

Have a sunny rest of the day x

    Hi all

I went to the gym last night and tried to push myself as much as possible when I got back OH asked if I wanted one of his whey protein shakes- they are 66 cals if made with skimmed milk so I had one. Oh my life i could barely eat my tea later as I was so full!! but also i hardley ache today!

Just not sure if they will 'bulk' me up should I keep taking them

    Today:

B: 2 toast with butter, 2 eggs scrambled
L: sw noodles, 1 white cob with lf cheese spread
    S: 1/2 packet light bites
T: Jacket tata, coleslaw, 1/2 oven cooked pizza
S: weeelllllll we are going out for a few drinks tonight so that will see the calories sent into orbit :o:p

Sparrer - I'm really sorry to hear about your mum. Sending hugs.

I'm just calling in with a 1lb loss this week. Strangely I stepped on the scales yesterday and had gained 3lbs, but then today it was all gone again. I'm thinking it was because I had to take a one-off antibiotic on Thursday night... I'm on 13st again, which has been a big glass ceiling I've been trying to break through for ages. I'm going to give it a real push this week to break through.

Yeah, this is how I felt the first time I had a protein bar, just incredibly full. But to put your mind at ease, it's really unlikely you will bulk out if you start taking them. Women just don't bulk out that easily - you'd have to start on a proper muscle builders diet and live at the gym (that comes from many girls I've known who wanted to build some serious muscle).

I hope everything goes smoothly especially over the next few days/weeks.
