I'm really regretting my decision to buy porridge for a healthy month of breakfasts. Far too hot for porridge...

    B: 4 crackers
L: Gigantis Plaki with a roll
D: pasta with veggies and pesto
S: Nuts, pear, 2 ice poles, 2 profiteroles (someones birthday)

I think my day would have been better if I had had a proper breakfast to be honest. I maybe need to try making some oat based cereal bars...

Never tried these - but they sound nice
    Must use my stash up!

    Hi All
Well 1lb+ gain for me this week! can not seem to get on track this challenge:mad:
Last sat was ds birthday and this sat I have a 40th anniversary party to go to so really need to get ahead I think.

    B. 2 crumpets
    L. 2 warburton thins, tuna, salad cream, leaves, apple.
    D. Gammon steak, mash, sprouts

    S. Pkt cheese & onion crisp, mini calippo lolly, barney bear apple cake which was horrible
