Intended to go to the gym this morning, but I've woken up with what feels like a stinking hangover. I had around half a glass of wine last night, so I doubt it's a real hangover. I'm assuming it must be hayfever/sinuses.

My food preferences for the day might end up changing because of this, but it should ideally look something like this:

    B: Melon
    L: Pasta and sausage bolognese
D: Tuna steak with veggies or salad
S: Crackers, and probably 100 ice lollies :rotfl:

I've had a very bad week this week, eating carp and hardly any exercise (due to my sciatica flaring up again), has resulted in a 1lb gain !

I'm still not sleeping too well, and comfort eating too many snacks, (luckily only low cal cereal bars and not chocolate bars, so it could be worse, lol!) and the only exercise has been walking to and from work (10-15 minutes each way) and about an hour or so (throughout the week) on my exercise bike. I've also eaten some full fat cheese, including 2 slices of cheese on toast for lunch today, as I'm using up the cheese I bought for my dad, and I have to admit to having a few bottles of lager and a can of pear cider:eek:!

0.5lb gain this week please KW!

I've not been perfect this week, but I've now planned out my next 4 weeks worth of meals, keeping it as healthy as I can while still aiming to use every last morsel of food from my cupboards. I did intend to cut back on ice lollies, but it's far too hot, so I went with ice poles instead (less sugar)

Well done being so organised MC, I like mini twister lollies and tesco own mini fruit frozen yoghurt lollies are nice too both 50 calories.

I've been fairly good today, not very healthy, but only slightly over calories. I worked all day, which helped, but my appetite also seems to feel a bit more normal thank goodness. The last few weeks I've been constantly hungry even straight after eating.

I bought some crisps in a health shop today, they are made lentils, I looked at the nutrition quickly 145 cals, fine I thought, logging it tonight though that was for 28g of a 40g packet, seriously who can eat crisps and leave a few left in the bottom  good job they were nice :)

B- muesli, flax, milk, extra raisins and apricots
L- on the run again protein bar, crisps
D- oven chips, beans, sliver of pizza, slice of bread and butter, jam doughnut, chocolate finger

Zippy I hate when they do that with portions! And it's always on-the-go food. Like you'll just happen to always be carrying around a set of kitchen scales in your handbag :rotfl:

I do love the little tesc0 value orange/fruit ice lollies. Calorie-wise, they're almost negligible but it's the sugar! Each lolly is 10% of your GDA for sugar. It's so hot just now, I'm eating at least 2-3 a day, which is quite a hit when you're trying to cut out added sugar...

I was so close to a good day yesterday :o
I put my food and exercise into mfp in the evening and actually hit target by accident, zero calories left! But then....my neighbour had a sort of spontaneous get together for a few people and I had some nibbles (suppose even vegetable crisps are fattening?) and more wine than I'm used to.

Only meant to stay for a couple of hours, but toddled off home at half 2 in the morning!

My friends were saying they could see I'd lost weight, I was surprised that even the guys were saying it...I don't think I ever realised what I must have looked like at my heaviest, worse that I told myself, if they are all so amazed at what I'm like now!

So today I've been for a walk, but am now having a very lazy day, the housework will still be there tomorrow :o

Wish I'd seen the typo KW, could do with a laugh ;)

Shall we say that the word seeing had a different letter at the beginning (go above the S on your keyboard and I think you will see why it was snigger worthy!)

I am blaming the heat for all the gains!
