gr keep your chin up its really annoying when you dont loose anything isnt it...its nice on here with everyone being so supportive and gets what we are struggling on with...hot as hawaii in our garden there the similarities end

IThis morning I was back to my challenge start weight. There is a chance it's because I was trying to push up to heavier weights at the gym yesterday, meaning my muscles feel quite stiff today. Will try again tomorrow, and if it's still a gain, I'll admit it!
I'm making a big effort to get more sleep at the moment, I heard it should help with weight loss. I'm getting 8-9 hours a night but still generally feel a bit tired, and it's making me a bit loopy eg. I came downstairs with an empty water bottle yesterday, a minute later I looked at it in my hand and it was full - I don't remember filling it! Must be the heat...
Menu today:
B almond porridge
L adzuki bean stew with bread
D sausage bolognese and pasta with HM garlic bread
S 2 oatcakes, 5 crackers with cheese, 3 ice lollies
Bread is now gone. Crackers were a not of a Friday treat...0 -
Breakfast: 2 weetabix, banana, juice
Lunch: low fat canelloni ready meal, apple, pepsi max
Tea: chicken salad sandwich, cherries, juice
Supper: orange, daim bar, juice0 -
I didn't wi today as all I'm eating is rubbish food when I can be bothered. I know it's not good for me and have bought some 'proper' food which I'll get around to eating over the weekend. Might even dare to stand on the scales tomorrow, we'll see.

Good news is I have lost one pound :j Really pleased as because of bad knee was on reduced exercise. Knee seems to be about back to normal so will restart the exercises properly now
Today
B = portion each of blueberries and raspberries with HM yoghurt.
L = HM Liver and bacon in onion gravy, mash, grilled toms and Baked beans.
T = wm pitta with lemon and garlic humour and a tomato. One each conference pear and apple.
Drinks = 4 cups of tea with semi-skimmed milk and truvia sweetener. Lots of tap water. Bottle of sparkling water. 200 ml glass of red wine. One measure of brandy.

Decided to miss today's weigh in and wait till next weekend for 2 simple reasons
1) I'm on holiday from work for 2 weeks and to be honest I'm eating what I want
2) If I'd actually gone away somewhere for the 2 weeks, I wouldn't be looking for a set of scales to weigh myself on
I realise I do need to stop eating the carp so I stocked the fridge up with salad, veg and fish yesterday and there is no junk food in the house at the minute (not saying there wont be any later though!)
Right off to finish wallpapering the bedroom so I can start the painting. Have a wardrobe being delivered on Monday so room needs to be finished by then......once this is done I can relax for the remainder of my time off!0 -
I'm going to whisper it quietly 5 lb gain for me please, thanks knitwitch.
