wow ellie - that's an insane number of calories! I didn't realise they were so bad... I do find rowntrees are really dodgy when it comes to calories on packaging - 6 fruit pastels = 1 serving = 180 calories or something, but the pack will contain around 14, so it's not even a divisible number. They work out how many calories will sound low enough to tempt you, and work back from that!
I made it to the gym this morning, it feels like I haven't been in ages!
So today went like this:
E: Gym for 45 minutes
B: protein slice
L: Adzuki bean stew with 2 slices of small tiger loaf
S: 4 oatcakespasta with sausage bolognese and 2 slices of HM garlic bread
In case you can't tell, I bought a tiger loaf yesterday. Just a little one, but I'm now having to finish it off...
Oh and 2 ice lollies to finish! (I really must stop buying ice lollies - I can't eat just one!)0 -
Hiya everyone :hello:
Had to  about the opal fruits as I translated the same :rotfl:
Today

L = HM chicken chausser with roasted sweet potato, carrot and beetroot with portion runner beans from freezer.
T = wm sandwich of tuna, rocket and chopped scallion. Large tomato. One each apricot and apple.
Drinks = 4 cups of tea with semi-skimmed milk and truvia sweetener. Lots of tap water. Bottle of sparkling water. 200 ml glass of red wine. One measure of brandy.
Hugs and positive vibes for all needing them

hope your day gets better tessie bear, at least you lost a pound
not posting a gain/loss today as the scales say last night's dinner out has put on 2 lbs...being very good today to help it go away again.
So far today I've had 50g fruit and nut muesli, a banana, and one of those wee packets of golden syrup porridge made with semi skimmed milk...and mfp says I'm over on my sugar allowance, I find it impossible to keep within their limits so try to ignore them
ha ha love the typo Knit Witch...tmi :rotfl:
