hi...had a bowl of museli for breakfast and just had crackers/meat/salad for lunch...quite nice

with regards to weight now and weight in the past i dont see why someone couldnt weigh the same as they once did but id be very wary of comparing sixed clothes as i have read and heared the staff in clothes shops saying that sizes have got bigger so i dont think that comparison would be very relevant unless like the moonpig advert u have a cheeky pair of size 8 hot pants from back in the day that you could glide into

hope everyone is on the up

    B: 2 protein bakes
    S: Brazil nuts
L: adzuki bean stew with a pitta bread, protein bake
D: thought I was reheating bolognese, but realised after pouring it over pasta that I had reheated stew. Not sure turnips and pasta go together... But I topped with a bit of cheese and ate it anyway! Followed with an ice lolly.

    Evening all

Day 2 of my hols and I'm still being reasonably good with my food, not perfect but ok.

Had cheese on toast for lunch and tea was a breaded chicken steak, broccoli and some tinned potatoes roasted in the oven (no oil added).

I know cheese is not good for me but I've been really busy all day.

I walked to the shops (20 mins) this morning and then been in the garden for nearly 6 hours, I've done all the weeding, cut the hedge, tidied up a huge bush which was blocking the path and about 6ft high and then started putting down the bark chippings.

I managed 12 bags of bark but my back and legs started to ache so I stopped for the day...by the time I got in the bath I was walking like I was 90 years old and had an accident in my pants :rotfl:

If I dont lose any lbs this week I will not be a happy bunny!

Congrats on your loss Frith :)

Still travelling to visit DM most days so eating on the hoof. Packing salad sandwiches (no dressing, could be messy with mayo in the car!), breakfast biscuits and a banana plus plenty of water. Too tired to bother with much when I get home so just soup but last night I did buy 3 bbq'd pork ribs so can munch on one of those if I'm hungry. Mway driving is not my favourite hobby, I don't envy people who have an 'on the road' job. Don't feel I've lost any weight though, exercise consists of doing a bit of housework in the evenings before collapsing into bed ready for the next days journey. Home today (unless hosp calls again) so bedding and garden are priority.

    Have a sunny day :)
