    Hiya everyone :hello:
If someone find my motivation could they throw it back in my direction? Thanks ;)

Sending a little of mine on loan until you find yours hth :)

At work at moment so have to bring packed food today. It's been quite warm today but have lost the sunshine and it has rained on and off all day :( Still, as my knee still bad I didn't want to go out anyways and got the kitchen nice, clean and tidy after the week-end.

    Today
B = portion each blueberries, raspberries and HM yoghurt made with semi-skimmed milk
L = 3 rashers back bacon (all fat removed) and tomato - grilled, poached egg, portion baked beans and one slice H*vis. Handful of cherries
T = sandwich of cheese, rocket and chopped scallion. Large tomato. One each apricot and conference pear.

Drinks = 4 cups of tea with semi-skimmed milk and truvia sweetener. Lots of tap water. Bottle of sparkling water.

Will have later at home 200 ml glass of red wine. One measure of brandy.

Just want to get my knee fit so can get back to exercising. Had a slow walk back from town yesterday but only just made it :( Still at least that's better than it has been so hoping on right tracks.

Hope you all a super Tuesday

    Monday went like this:

    E: Pilates
    B: HM protein breakfast bar
S: half a HM protein breakfast bar
L: Adzuki bean stew with a crusty roll (didn't really need the roll tbh, it was a filling stew)
    S: seeds and nuts
D: HM Lamb Madras with rice. Cooked too much rice, and ate the rest with some sweet chilli sauce, then followed it with 2 ice lollies.

This might be daft but I genuinely don't know the answer. Is it possible at 41 to get back to the weight I was at 21, given that I've had more babies inbetween? I'd love to be that weight again, but I don't know if bodies naturally get heavier as we age even if the measurements are the same. Anyone know?

Dandy If you were a size 12 at 21, and get back to a size 12 at 41, I think your number on the scales will be different. weight is a bit of an ambiguous thing to measure fat loss by. Over 20 years, you may have built up or lost muscle which will keep the measurements the same but will change the number on the scales!

    Hi all

I've not weighed in for a couple of weeks as needed a bit of a break from dieting, I'm back to it though since Sat with a good few pounds gained oops and just going to do the best I can each day and take it slow.

Dandy I'm the same, I would love to get back to my old weight, but do wonder if it would look too thin on me now and how easy it would be to maintain. The other thing is sizes are more generous now, then I was a 8/10, but I'm a size 8/10 now a stone and a half heavier than I was, I don't really don't want to be smaller than an 8 and restricted where I can buy clothes. That's what I keep telling myself anyway, but my head keeps thinking it would be nice to just see what it's like again :D Think the way I'm going though I'll just be happy to maintain a healthy weight at the moment :o

    Yesterday..

    B- weetabix, milk, Flaxseed
L- lunch on the run, hot cross bun, seed bar, apple
D- crusty roll, hm lentil and carrot soup, fairy cake
    S- banana

Hope everyone has a great day x
