I think I might have a salt and vinegar problem. I mean, I'm fairly confident I do. Unfortunately it comes on unhealthy foods, and I just worked my way through a bag of KP salt and vinegar peanuts. I don't like peanuts on their own, but I love the intense sweat inducing flavour that comes on them! Any way I can substitute something?

Anyway, for the rest of today I will be having:

L: carrot and ginger soup with a HM veggie burger
    D: lamb curry
S: KP Salt and vinegar peanuts, 2 coconut macaroons, 1 ice lolly

I have managed to go a long time without much in the way of sweets and fatty treats, I don't know why I'm suddenly craving them again.

Thanks for the comments. Had a good think and maybe just half a pound a week atm so 5.5 pounds please. I gather Friday is 'weigh-in' day ??

    5.5 it is then :D

Friday/Saturday are the common days for weighing in but if you find it easier to weigh in on another day then just let me know!

As I've not really been concentrating on my diet and fitness lately, and my weight has been all over the place, I've decided that I'm going to start the latest challenge from the weight I was on my last official weigh in, so I'm going for 7 lbs for this challenge as I'm hoping that will get me to the size I want to be. I have so far lost 2 lbs of that.

OH and I went for a walk today, the first since before my dad passed away, and according to my tracker I burned 291 calories, unfortunately we had half a kit kat each and a dairy milk ice cream while we were out, lol! We're both back to work tomorrow, after having a week off, so hopefully we'll get back on track now.

Not a good day today after 13 quite reasonable ones!

Didn't wake early enough to have time to fit in 3 meals (!)

    Brunch - fishfinger sandwich

tea - HM pizza and wedges. 2 slices of chocolate cake.

Tomorrow will be day 15 of Paul McKenna's programme and I am allowed to weigh myself! Hoping I will have decreased slightly from 12 stones 7..........
