Hi everyone, sorry I've not been around much, finding it hard to concentrate on dieting at the moment. Funny how eating well is always the first thing to go out the window when there's other stuff going on! That's not right, also realised I still need to work on the "food is comfort" thing, don't think I'll ever fully overcome that (or even if I want to).
Had a quick read back - sparrer, glad you're feeling a bit better, that sounds nasty, and very badly timed!
minicooper, glad you've recovered too, your recovery menu made me laugh.
Since I've not been trying so hard, it's ironic that I've lost 2 lbs, not sure how that happened, must have done something right.
savesummore, PUT DOWN THE POPPING CANDY CHOCOLATE, IT'S EVIL! (or is it all gone now :rotfl:)
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
Morning
I just realised I never posted my weigh in result last week...good job it was a STS!
Anyway this week its a 2lb loss :T
As of last night I'm on 2 weeks holiday from work :j so I'm thinking healthy eating may be an issue as no routine.
However I do plan to decorate my bedroom and do some heavy work in the garden so maybe I'll counteract any damage I'll do on the food front....fingers crossed x0
