Sparrer I hope you feel better soon! You're not having a great time just now...

I know what you mean about the trolleys, sometimes I'm not surprised either!

    Today I had:
    B: Quarter of a melon
    S: HM protein slices
L: Carrot and Ginger soup with 4 oatcakes
S: picked at some nuts and dried fruits
D: HM fried rice (rice, bacon, onion, sweetcorn, peppers, mushrooms, courgette, peas, and some leftover chicken fajita mix) with some sweet chilli sauce. Had quite a big portion of this though... followed by 2 ice lollies
Exercise came from walking around sites all morning.

I am in project pantry right now, to run down my cupboards before I have to move. Going to do this as healthily as possible, but I'm thinking some strange combinations will start to appear, and I hope I'll be able to keep them waistline friendly!

Thank you all so much, it made me feel better just reading your good wishes :)

B - Never made a smoothie before but thanks to a suggestion one of the other forums I made one with banana, half a small pineapple, 4 plums and 1/4 bottle of spring water. It was delicious! And there's enough left for tea :)
D - Hm chicken soup from the freezer
T - The other half of smoothie.
    S - 2 grapes :o
E - 5x5 mins on tm, so must be getting better

Have a good rest of the day :)

Woke at 3am with some tummy cramps, but thankfully this time around I didn't faint/lose my dinner. I was a little queasy this morning, so didn't feel like eating huge quantities, but by this evening I'm having a hunger day!

B: quarter of a melon, half a protein slice
    L: Carrot and Ginger soup
D1: Fried rice with sweet chilli sauce
D2: lamb curry (just the curry, no accompaniments)
D3: porridge with sultanas, cranberries and some apple sauce
S: some nuts and seeds, a very small bit of birthday cake, an apple, 2 ice lollies

Sometimes it's hard to be a woman...
