L: Pasta with HM Pesto2 fajitas with a little salsa and some aubergine (I used less chicken and bulked out with sweetcorn, kidney beans and mushrooms to get 4-5 meals worth)
S: dairy free chocolate raisins (freebie), 2 ice lollies, nuts if I'm still peckish0 -
Saturday
B - Toasted thin with rf spread and marmalade
L - Breakfast biscuit
D - Pork ribs, chow mein, prawn balls
S - Small bowl ice cream with banana
E - 3x6 mins on tm
Today -
B - Toasted thin with banana
L - Tea cake
D - Left over Chinese
S - nectarine, grapes
E - 4x6 mins on tm
plus stressy 180 mile journeys both days, weekend drivers :mad:

lunch - (out with friends) - slices of quiche, 2 new potatoes, bread roll, salad and guacamole. Slice of cheesecake, raspberries and blueberries.

sorry for late check in, I'm away with limited internet access.
it's a sts for me this week, and I'll be missing the next two weigh ins. Have eaten out the last 3 nights and likely to do the same tonight..self catering from Friday so will have some more control then.
