    Todays order of events:

    Pilates
B: HM protein bake (soy protein, soy flour, lots of dried fruit and nuts, sweetened with a bit of apple sauce, vanilla and nutmeg. Next week I'll bake carrot in, and it will be just like carrot cake!)
L: Carrot and Ginger soup with 4 oatcakes
D: 2 fajitas with some salsa and HM guacamole, followed by the last of a tub of Hagen Daaz
S: picked at some nuts throughout the day.

I am finding upping my protein in the AM is making me less inclined to eat birthday cakes when people bring them in, which is good. If the person isn't sat within 2 desks of me, I can happily ignore there are cakes.

Hey all, sorry been absent for a few weeks, had a few things to deal with and my diet took last place in my priorities, but it's time to get back on track!

I did a weigh in on Friday and was 10lbs down on when i started the last 7 week challenge - so didn't quite make the target, going to assume it was at an average rate over the 3 missing weeks!
So 1lb off for this challenge so far.
Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.

Never again will I have a Chinese take away, have been in a lot of pain since Sunday. GP has just been and diag a gastric infection. The saving grace is I might just lose some lbs, I've been told not to eat solids for 5 days! Not that I want them atm, but can have soup and tea both of which I love. So until now it's just been sips of water since yesterday, exercise has consisted of trying to stand straight, and dozing off and on. First Chinese I've had for a while, too :(
Sadly can't go to visit DM in hospital, don't want to take any unwanted 'gifts' in with me but DB is keeping me updated daily.
minicooper sometimes I look at trolleys in the supermarket and I'm not surprised we're taking over from the States in the fat league

    So eating plan for today
    B - water
    L - WW tomato soup
D - need go out now and buy some soups, juices
S water and cups of tea!
    Exciting stuff, huh? ;)
