Well, Paul McKenna slipped up today when I ate some marshmallows!
Apart from that I had:
breakfast - 1 croissant
lunch - some sort of sandwich that I can't remember!
tea - HM chicken curry and rice.0 -
Well I didn't make it to the swimming pool in the end. I got some good news, and went to pick up a celebratory bottle of wine - I got a new job offer! It will mean I can move up to the same city as my OH - no more long distance relationship! Hopefully that is also good for my waistline, as whenever we visit each other, we end up eating out a lot!
I was going to have a take-away, but realised I didn't fancy anything, so I picked up a tub of hagen daaz instead...0 -

It's 1 lboff for me please knitwit am happy with that as was away last weekend and did eat a lot. I did resist the deserts at dinner though.

Im well chuffed with that think swimming is really helping and allowing myself that small treat in an evening

After watching 'the worlds best diet' earlier in the week, I couldn't help myself from looking at other people's trolley loads at the supermarket and seeing how it compared to the 'typical' family they showed on the show... Quite interesting. I was proud I had mostly fresh stuff (some tinned sweetcorn, oatcakes and a jar of apple sauce were bringing me down).
Today I'm having:
B: 5 crackers
L: aubergine and chickpea curry with toasted tortilla wrapfajitas - going to make the filling as veggie filled as possible, limit the salsa, and will have some thin slices of fresh aubergine instead of guacamole
S: Protein bar (post gym), 2 ice lollies, a bit of hagen daaz and a small glass of wine.
Also spent an hour at the gym.0 -
