Oh dear ellie hope the stress eases soon!

    Well done possession!

I took measurements last night, and I've lost an inch from my waist and chest, and 2 inches off each thigh! Just a quarter inch from each arm, and nothing from my hips yet... Still, it's all good.

    Today:
    B: porridge
L:coronation chicken sandwich (forgot to make lunch, bought this)
D: roast chicken with mushrooms, steamed potatoes and carrots.
S: HM protein bar, some seeds and nuts, an ice lolly

Thanks minicooper, my plan is to avoid shops which sell chocolate as much as possible, but unfortunately the biscuits were already in the house :o

I've just eaten 4 slices of supermarket pizza, didn't enjoy it very much but it filled a hole...at least I didn't eat all 6 slices!

Back again! Still 12 stones 7.

I picked up Paul McKenna's book "I Can Make You Thin" from a charity shop on Friday and am following it to the letter. Also got the app on my phone. Not allowed to weigh myself for a fortnight now so hopefully there will be an improvement by then.

    Today I ate:

    breakfast - bacon buttie

lunch - few potatoes, bacon and mint sauce (happened to turn up at parents' just after they'd dished up so had the bits that were left).

tea - fruit salad made with all sorts and a small piece of birthday cake.

Paul McK says eat whatever you fancy...

    S- protein bar
    L- 2 vegetable samosas
    S- Apple, flat peach
D- 2 mini pizzas made with low cal naans
S- flat peach, digestive, last cookie, a few licks of the cheesecake bowl :o
    E- walked 80 mins
